Very unprofessional, rude courier delivered the parcel this morning. Made me feel threatened and uncomfortable!!! 😔😔😔😰😰😰

I don’t even feel like giving them ā€œ1ā€ star. It’s the WORST DELIVERY SERVICE THERE IS. THEY KEEP PUTTING UP NOTICES BUT NEVER MAKES THE ā€œATTEMPTā€ to even deliver. YOU ARE A DELIVERY SERVICE COMPANY & YOU SUCK AT WHAT YOU DO. WHY ARE YOU EVEN OPEN. SO IRRESPONSIBLE & DISTURBING. YOU CANNOT EVEN GET ANY ANSWER FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE, then Why do you even have one. A DELIVERY COMPANY WITH NO DELIVERY SERVICE WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT THAT GENUINELY HAS ā€œNO CUSTOMER SUPPORTā€. This amounts to USELESSNESS.

If I could rate lower than one star I would. Lost two packages, then we receive two bills in the Mail for an outrageous shipping amount. I did not clear Ups as my broker, did not receive the parcels, and therefore had no opportunity to refuse their ridiculous charges. How are you still in business?!

Awful quality control and customer service! UPS copied the address wrong and when I called to fix it, they got it wrong again! The agents are not locally based and are not competent!

Avoid UPS like the plague if you are in Western Washington. For the 8th time in the last 9 deliveries, UPS couldn't figure out my address, the same address I have had for nearly 2 decades, the same address they have delivered to over a 100 times in the past. I have no idea what changed, different GPS, illiterate drivers?. Customer service was infuriatingly terrible if you can even get ahold of them. Most recent problem was never resolved. I don't ever want to use their services again.

WORST DELIVER SERVICE EVER IN THE WORLD!!! We gave a package to UPS Belgium N.V/S.A.on 25th of January 2021 to courier the package to England. All the charges plus insurance were paid for the package at their reception desk in Diegem. Since then, we are in a trap with this unfair company, UPS Belgium to deliver the package and we did not received any service and help for a long time just their frequent invoices. After several weeks the package was returned to us with no reason and no in advance notification. After discussion with their staff at the reception desk in Diegem, they agreed to resend the package based on a new tracking number. Again after several weeks they sent us a new invoice as import charges with the amount of 130 GBP but no response from their desk in Diegem, neither any help from their customer service at tel number 078250877. Then they sent us again 2 more invoices to pay. We contacted them so many times by email, phone and going their in person but they did not give us any clear response. In general we had paid around €1000 for the products in the parcel, couriering the package and UPS invoices but still they do not even tell us where the package is AFTER 11 MONTHS however that it was completely insured. UPS AND SPECIALLY THEIR BELGIAN BRANCH HAS A CATASTROPHIC SERVICE SO DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND.

We live in a small area on gravel roads with about 20 houses in our town. We have a sign posted private road please drive 5miles per hour because of throwing gravel/dirt. We love U.P.S. We have Amazon, Fed.ex and U.P.S plus U.S. Postal deliveries probably 4 or 5 times a day come through here. U.P.S are the best. They respect the sign posted but Amazon drives about 30 miles a hour and if you ask them to slow down they will tell you not to tell them what to do. I just wanted to write in and thank U.P.S for their respect for our little community here. We always try to use them and we cancelled our Amazon account.

I paid driver Cash As he did not have a caved machine Now been told I have not paid He would not have left parcel if I had not paid Now I’ve also been billed a further Ā£8 Late fee charge Can not get hold of any one No reply to any of my emails Worst company ever

These idiots make their customers' lives a living hell. I got an off day just to receive a package. I stayed in the room next the front door to make sure I hear them coming. For some reason I checked at the door and noticed they pushed through the letter box a delivery notice that they "tried to deliver but I wasn't there". The fuckers didn't bother knocking on the door. Thankfully the notice said they'd leave it in the UPS access point near my house. I went there but the guy told me they would only take it there after 4pm. It was still 10:00 in the morning and I needed my package urgently and now I have to wait for them to travel around the planet with my package because returning it back just because they didn't want to bother to leave it there in the first place.

I was due to have a parcel deliver today. I forgot to leave a message that I was out. I received an email to say that it had been delivered and had met the customer - not true because I wasn’t there!!! There was no information when I arrived home, but 5 minutes later a note appeared through my letter box - the decorator had pushed it through. It was delivered to the house opposite, where he was working. I have had so much trouble with UPS in the past.

I had couriered my parcel on 29 October 2021 thru DTDC and now via UPS. My parcel is still lying at Delhi airport. When I tracked my parcel it was showing parcel would be delivered on 5 Nov then again I tracked it was showing in transit, then again I tracked it was showing 10th Nov parcel would be delivered again'today I e. On 8th Nov it showing as it is in transit ..my parcel should have reached USA by now but still it is lying in Delhi. So I would never recommend UPS courier service to any of them

An appalling service and continuous lies from UPS. My son ordered an expensive belt from an online supplier in America. When I say expensive, I’m saying nearly Ā£200. He received an email from UPS on Thursday to confirm it would be delivered the following day, Friday. By early afternoon, no parcel so my son called the telephone No. provided on the email. He did this during his 45 minute lunch break, some 30 minutes later he finally learned the parcel had been delivered to an address some 6 miles away and the address wasn’t even close. He was promised the parcel had been collected and it would be delivered the following day, Saturday. Saturday arrived (today) NO PARCEL! He called them again to be told the parcel was still at the wrong address and would be collected from there on Monday. During this call he was placed on hold for 30 minutes, a disgrace. So as it stands at the moment he is out of pocket and has no confidence his belt will arrive as he cannot trust or believe UPS. A complete and utter disgrace of a service from a Global Co. Avoid this company, just read their reviews on here, they speak for themselves.

Any loophole this company could possibly find to make thier business run illegally without getting caught they HAVE already found and have put into action. My first time using UPS to send abroad.. my worst experience ever. Firstly I had NO contact from UPS, no confirmation email on my sending a parcel with them, just a link to print labels. My parcel hit a problem when landing in Tamworth as it is missing some papers before it can be sent abroad. This problem will obviously have been spotted before it left the local hub so why it was still sent to Tamworth regardless? I should have been contacted as soon as the problem was spotted so it could have been rectified quickly and easily, but they sent it on regardless. Ive tried contacting over and over again via the MAZE of 100 pre recorded questions that just send you round and round in cirlcles. I've emailed twice, no reply either time. Oh and dont be fooled into thinking just because you do eventually get hold of a "real person" after hours of trying that you will get any help because you wont.. They will be polite and tell you they have done this or that and everything will be sorted shortly.. blah blah blah expect an email within the next 16 mins.. NOTHING HAPPENS.. NO email.. NO contact.. NO help.!!. No resolution. You hit brick wall after brick wall at every turn trying to get help from this comapny. 3 times calling and speaking to 3 different reps. 3 times NOTHING has been done to help resolve this issue. Such a simple problem to sort but they make it SO difficult to do anything. PLEASE for your own sanity DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You may as well throw both your money and your goods into a black hole if you use this comapny as you can do NOTHING to retrieve any information or your goods back once this company has hold of them. Honestly I do not know how a company this big is allowed to carry on offering such a horrific service. They have zero customer service/care. Every contact portal is automated rubbish put in place to send customers on a roundabout to crazy town and back. You cannot resolve ANY problem via these online automated "help" portals, they just eventually give you a phone number that sends you to another automated help portal or an email address that never replies. PLEASE look up reviews on how poor this company is before even thinking about using them. They have 1 star on every review site.. Never seen anything like it. Just wish I had read reviews myself before trusting them with my own hard work and money. My hands are tied and I feel so helpless, I am unable to get any help what so ever from UPS. NEVER trust this company.

My ex husband works for UPS and they refuse to follow the court order for child support payments. Enabling dead beat dads is not something I can support.

I wish to give -10. Never ever wish to deal as a business partner with UPS. If you have a company and you sending to your customers, avoid, avoid, avoid. They will damage your business so bad! Customer service does not exist. The parcel are waiting for months in some warehouse to be released!

Sent parcel at drop of point on 23rd October still not delivered and its now 1st November they just keep telling me lies and now they saying parcel is lost aviod this company at all cost because you will never see your parcel again aviod aviod at all costs

I have finally after days of trying to contact UPS about return of my computer, bern informed it has been lost or stolen and that I now need to pursue a replacement/ claim via Apple . UPS Customer service has been of the lowest possible standard and I would give no stars if it were possible . Avoid if you can .

Shittest delivery company I have ever encountered for the first time. I really thought this company would have a reason to look more legit and flashy than the other delivering companies but everything about them are misleading. They have no solutions to your problems. A bunch of useless pricks… They should seriously go out of business. So unhappy

Most screwed up company in the world. My package was supposed to arrive 20 days ago. It is still turning around the globe!! Customer service operators are bunch of clowns. I called to find out where my package is. After waiting a long time, the clown who goes by the name Louis, answered my call and hung up as soon as I said my name.
