UPS is just so bad, I never have any trouble with any other delivery services but UPS somehow find it impossible to deliver to me, instead insisting they 'attempted a delivery' without ever actually buzzing, phoning. knocking or in any way actually attempted to deliver my package but instead just take it to an 'Access point' a mile away.

What a lovely friendly delivery guy. Placed my package in the house and was so cheerful. A credit to the company.

Payed extra to get my package next day, waited at my home for the delivery (provided cellphone number and door code). UPS delivery guy "couldnt find me", and package was delivered to some pickup store... this is not the first time this happen with UPS. Why are they even allowed to continue as delivery company

useless, my parcel was never delivered. tracking says it is still at depot. This was the 20th December 2019!! They haven't bothered to try and sort anything out. Absolutely useless company. wouldnt touch them with a ten foot poll. was forced to via eBay but was nervous from the moment I handed it over and all my nervous were rightly directed!

ONE attempt only at Access Point that rejects: SENT BACK! I asked for redirection to an UPS Access Point. They rejected the parcel. First delivery attempt. UPS decided to send it back to sender after just one attempt. I call immediately. They tell me that they cannot do anything. Totally outrageous.

Horrible... They first said they damage my parcel during delivery and they will send me further details. Then the status changed and said the receiver rejected it, which is not true as they never got to try delivering it... It's quite obvious to see that in the status history of my parcel! When I called today they say the parcel was not damage by UPS.. By whom then? Now they want to send it back, even though both parties asked them not to... All we get from customer service is: we can't do anything.

Awful. Expecting a package and apparently failed to deliver. No note or way to redirect package. Cannot sign up to a UPS account as it will not accept a non USA address. Dreadful. Why does any company use this delivery system? May be fine in the US but in the UK - awful

If a company offers UPS Next Day Delivery - Save your money and don't use it. I ordered something for my daughter's birthday and paid the Next Day Delivery charge. UPS decided that my address was wrong - apparently the road doesn't exist - WRONG. Then rather make up for the mistake by delivering the following day, decided that three days later would be a better option (for them). Unfortunately, had to tell them to return package to Company, as it was a very specific item for a very specific birthday (21st). Very poor customer service, and even worse service when I phoned the depot (Croydon). I unfortunately will not be using any company that uses UPS as a delivery service from now on.

To be honest, there should be 0 stars rating available! Have sent important documents to be delivered next day. 3 working days (+sat&sun in between) later I have heard rubbish after rubbish : first, the letter has been incorrectly allocated TWICE, then I was told it has left UK and is half way to the destination, then, that it has never even left UK! And I can't even request it to be returned as they don't have clue where it is!!!! Please, it you're sending anything you would actually need to reach destination - avoid UPS at any cost!

I have had no end of problems trying to receive an international delivery from a company in the US called Seat Concepts. Seat Concepts have ignored all my emails. I’ve even had to phone them up and I’m in the UK to try to get them to do something about it. Rude and obnoxious. UPS are just useless and over expensive. Never ever use this delivery company. If you do. You will have problems. They cannot be relied upon

Ordered for next day delivery with Nike, ups failed to give me an hour slot in which my delivery was due, waited the whole day only to receive notification saying delivered through mail box however my package was nowhere to be seen and too big to fit through mailbox anyway so this wouldn’t have made sense. Bunch of thieves

If I could give negative stars I would. Driver delivered package to AccessPoint after only first delivery attempt. I am physically unable to carry a box any distance. I asked for redelivery twice. Called twice. Was re-assured it would be re delivered. It never was. I have UPS My Choice and was never updated where box was. I used a car to drive to access point and was told the box wasn't there. I emailed UPS who replied saying they would phone within an hour. They never phoned back. I checked the website every day and by the seventh day it said parcel would be returned if I didn’t collect it from the access point where it apparently was the whole time? I received no other type of notification of the whereabouts of the box. No call as promised, no text, no email. Use DPD if you ever have a choice.

Generally poor information given to customers, and unhelpful customer service. The agent just ended the call after not being able to give me more information. Every delivery company has MI on their vans' routes and approximate delivery schedules, they should be able to offer this to their customers as well. No transparency at all.

They returned my parcel because they could not locate my address, when they delivered multiple items at the same address. They acknowledged that their employees made error, but this isn’t good good enough

The worst service ever. Liers an thieves. Package never reached it's destination and no refund was given. They basically just stole £100 from me.

If Colissimo & DHL are bad in France, no one is worse than UPS. First off, if you can't be home for a planned delivery, it is impossible to change the date in advance. Their policy is that they deliver anyway, and only after the package cannot be delivered, can you (try! to) call and arrange a convenient date. How stupid! how unecological and uneconomical as to gas consumption! how time consuming! In today's difficulty (another of many!) the drivers did not have the building code. Of course, they made no effort to call. UPS did not contact us for the code. In the evening we tried to call UPS, but as the call started after 18h50, at exactly 19h the operator hung up on us. We only found the next morning they were coming again, but the same circumstances would have prevailed. I tried their "chat" but, "there were too many words"; obviously no one home at the address for REAL help. 5 times I tried to give my tracking number to a machine, but it couldn't get it right. Finally I said "no" to all options, to get an agent and give the necessary codes for the drivers. She seemed OK, we shall see this afternoon. I have also posted my telephone numbers on the door if the message does not get through. Hopefully I have done enough to communicate with UPS to get my delivery as they do NOTHING to communicate with the reipient.
