Failed to deliver my parcel, failed to find out where it was after 10 days. Their customer support team is terrible - very friendly, but not at all helpful. They will only speak to the shipper, not receiver....because that is really helpful when they say they left the parcel somewhere at the receivers address, but don't know where! UPS offer no tracking, so expect to wait in all day....and hope they actually manage to deliver (after all they are a parcel delivery company, how hard could that be....)

Paid a significant amount for postage received an email at 07.35am Weds morning 22nd July to inform me item would be delivered before end of day thurs 23.July its now almost 3pm after changing my plans and waiting in now get a message no explanation telling me item will be delivered anytime tomorrow Friday 24th have made plans for weekend based on their correspondence have informed seller of my purchased item the goods will be coming back and will not be accepted and they need to find another courier service will never ever purchase anything if i see the name UPS attached JUST gladly take your money waste your time and feed you lie after lie

So after ups had delivered my parcel to the incorrect address, on previous delivery. I had to figure out where it was and pick it up myself. Now they have delivered a parcel, but the contents which are very expensive have been completely broken, and i'm having to send back to the sender, UPS are probably the laziest and carless shipping company I've ever know. This whole issue has cost me around £2200 and UPS won't to help at all or assume any responsibility

After 4 days and 100 times I call Ups hearing deferent funny lies and waiting and waisting my time Friday Monday Tuesday finally on Wednesday bloody ups delivered my package, but Only 5 out of 10 items and 1 item is damaged and dirty. I don’t know how to thank UPS shame on you.

scheduled delivery date not met. i called, i get someone who can't tell me anything at all about when my delivery will be. i call back the next day, delivery date not known still. today i call again and ask where my parcel is, no answer. they open an investigation they said and someone will call me back in an hour... still waiting. company i bought from said ups missed a connecting flight with my package. ups deny this. yet i can see my package has been stuck in the far east for 6 days, now its in germany. why? they can't tell me. rubbish service

It’s the third day and I’m waiting all day long for my delivery they continue with deferent lies and stories like holding on the package from sender or rescheduled delivery time by myself and having wrong flat number, all incorrect sender and I we haven’t done anything from the beginning the address was right and still is. Just to let you know UPS is a pure... Don’t trust them at all.

Today again I’m been waiting all day long to get my package and nothing, a funny excuse they said the sender held on the package, I called the sender they said we didn’t do that. Shame on you just waisting people time. Shame on UPS

Rubbish!!! Was meant to have a delivery today. Was informed that the full address is not on the label. Checked tracking and my full correct address is on there. The excuse was ‘sometime label printer can cut off the address’ ARE YOU FOR REAL?!!!’ You’re a delivery company you’re job is to check if the full address is on there before leaving the depot! What a rubbish excuse.

The worst and annoying delivery service ever. On 17/07/20 EST time was 12:10, I’m been waiting till 5pm, I called costumer service he said you will get your item by 19:00. I asked what if I don’t ? it’s guaranty he answered. I’m been waiting for another 2 hours nothing called again and explained the issue but they cut the phone off three times I called 19:10 they didn’t know what happened and they’ll reschedule delivery for Monday. I can’t be at home that day. This is seriously ridiculous and I’m so disappointed with this service.

Appalling service. Ordered parts for a boiler - for a vulnerable OAP who had no hot water. UPS send email saying would deliver on Friday - half way through Friday another email saying they had attempted to deliver but no one in - TOTAL fabrication. My wife and I were at home all day and no card left. Spoke to Croydon branch and I explained the situation regarding the elderly lady without hot water and I virtually begged them to deliver on Saturday. They said they couldn't promise anything but would do there level best to get the parcel out for Sat. Guess what - absolutely nothing. I had to call my customer and let her down for a second time. I promised her I would repair the boiler on Monday which she accepted as she had no choice. Now Monday arrives - check the tracking and it said would be delivered at the end of the day - even when I had explained the situation to them they made no effort to get this delivered early so I could go and repair the boiler. Checking tracking at 19.54 and still "In Transit" and estimated delivery "By end of day". And still nothing at all. I have spoken to my customer 3 times today and she is thoroughly fed up not being able to bath or shower for 5 days now. And NO CONCERN showed by UPS at all. Will never use UPS and will spread the word.

Terrible delivery service. and costumer service sucks. I wish I could give 0 star, I paid for a package who was supposed to be delivered yesterday but instead it is still in transit, despite I paid for it to be delivery yesterday. When called to costumer service they don't even know why my package is delayed and there is no other option than wait for it to be delivery. This will be the last time that I use UPS, i can promise you that!!!!

This is OUTRAGEOUS. They lost my partner's parcel, it has all my partner's medical supplement and it could risk his life on it! The instructions have clearly said "call me upon arrival", they didn't call at all while he was waiting for it at home, when we called them asking for the parcel they said they just left it outside the entrance but there was nothing there! How ridiculous this is! I had another terrible experience with them a few months ago - I had an important document sent to me which needed a signature, I didn't receive any calls either, and when I went down to the mailbox, I found my document was already "signed" with some random lines! How dare the delivery people signed the document by themselves?

I sent a parcel from the UK to Italy. The parcel arrived in a different box, some items were missing (lost?, stolen?) and replaced by a 4 kg weight. To my complaints, UPS replied that it was my fault because the box I used was not certified. No point to mention that the parcel was insured. Impossible to contact UPS back. Totally INADEQUATE service. Avoid if you can.

possibly worst delivery service i have ever encountered. should have been next day Take the issue up with the shipper you bought your goods from as they ultimately decide who to give their business to and UPS will not survive with abysmal service like this I received message to be notified scheduled for delivery that day so waited in It never turned up no message absolutely ... NOTHING ??? (Having delivered parcels myself I used to do any missed deliveries i couldnt get to due to time first thing next day , by reversing route ) so I naively expected next day Guess what no parcel no message another day wasted waiting around Phoned customer service now told monday Contact for customer service is not in country its all on computor so no real explanations ,"just computor says no" Unable to collect from depot , due to covid 19 however had option to collect in previous delivery, message how bizarre tracking is waste of time as shows on route , delayed (after reieving notification for delivery today or disappears altogether

Incompetence of the highest order. They used to be one of the best but recently they've demonstrated exactly why some companies shouldn't be in business. Other courier companies have struggled with volumes in this pandemic and they have responded and managed to get their acts together - UPS have just lurched from uselessness to absolute incompetence. Tracking information is of no value and their "virtual assistant" is a waste of time, just regurgitating what you already see on tracking. My parcel has been "out for delivery" on two consecutive days and not been delivered. Now I get "Delivery will be delayed by one business day"- the same as the day before. What is a "business day" to UPS? It certainly isn't a working day! Virtual Assistant now also says "I'm sorry I don't have any updates at this time." Wonder what they think their customers are there for.

Easily the worst delivery service possible. They were due to pick up a parcel and didn't even bother ringing the doorbell. Just stuck a note through the door and left. Note said they would try again the next business day and they didn't bother at all. Botjh days myself and my wife were in the house waiting for them to call. Called the UK call centre and got through after 10 minutes. The agent was nothing short of obnoxious and abusive. Tried to say it was my fault when it wasn't. I will never use this service again. Absolute shambles of a company.

Said my delivery had been attempted despite me being home. Used the tracker to see the truck was actually in a different city 100 miles away.
