Horrid service. UPS has failed to deliver a package when promised. Email notifications and the tracking system clearly mean nothing at all - received an email, parcel to be delivered tomorrow between 9am and 1pm, blocked home waiting, 1pm nothing, checked the virtual assistant: rescheduled, delivered by end of day, nothing else, this is worse than useless. At 22:22 the tracking still said it was scheduled for delivery by the end of the day. Avoid UPS - I cannot believe a brand like Apple actually use them. After two hours on the phone with Apple, I discovered that my parcel is still in Dubai, unless they invented some sort of tele transportation I don’t get home they could have deliver it two days ago... but the story doesn’t end here, two hours after my call with Apple I receive an email from UPS with an update, your parcel will be delivered on Friday between 9am-1pm, perfect, just 4 days delay... time pass and in the evening I receive another email with a delivery date next week Tuesday, well done UPS! I have never experienced such an horrid service, I am speechless and is impossible to speak with anyone, ridiculous.

I must have been lucky. I read all the negative reviews and was not expecting my parcel to arrive on the stated date. It arrived on time from Germany taking 4 business days. I thought the service was excellent. As I say, I may have just been lucky but no complaints from me.

Same experience as many on here. Tracker states it will be delivered by the end of the day. Nothing turns up. Now package is back at Crawley in transit! No updates. No useful map or hourly window like DPD or Hermes. Even Royal Mail is better and thats saying something! Help on website useless. Frustrating to have to check courier when I buy something now - if its UPS I won't be making the purchase!

Companies - Avoid using this shipment company!! I received an email confirmed that it will be delivered Thursday 11th June. It didn't come and i though maybe the next day. Well, it didn't show up 2 days and finally received email saying delivery date has been rescheduled on Monday 15th June. Waited all day at home, but no delivery again. I called customer service department and after 40 minutes of waiting on the phone. I have been told that they have wrong address (Really) and they said if i would coma and collect it? (what !!??) They changed the address and confirmed it will be delivered the next day. It didn't show up again.......!! I have just been on the phone again and been told they don't know when it will be delivered as it is not scheduled. What can i say! They should go bust due to providing the worst service.

Every to be said about how shambolic this company is has already been written in numerous reviews. Had to give 1 star which is far more than they deserve Like many others I will seriously avoid any online retailer that uses UPS, life is just too short to put up with this

Delivery due, supposed to be next day, tracking confirmed out for delivery. Then out of the blue sorry we missed you. But how did they miss me I was waiting at home and they did not call, seen since before from the worst courier companies and it means sorry I can not be bothered. I have now had to divert my package to my nearest collection shop 2 miles from my home. Waste of my time and costing me extra money to get my package as I will have to drive 4 mile round trip.

Confirmed delivery slot for 16 June “by end of day”. Tracking showed it had left Tamworth hub at 0515 and was en route. Waited all day only to receive message at 1730 saying delivery now “scheduled” for tomorrow “by end of day” again! Website useless. Service unreliable. Avoid.

Ordered an item with next say delivery. The item arrived 4 days later, and was delivered to an access point instead of my house as I requested. Booked a re- delivery, not only was it not delivered on the day I chose ,they had the decency to send me a notification that my parcel was " re-delivered" to the access point... the same access point I needed it to be delivered from to my house , which I clearly stated. When contacted the company I ordered it from ,I found out UPS LIED about my parcel being delivered the day before it was actually delivered . Tried contacting the customer service and waited 40 minutes before finally giving up as clearly my calls weren't answered...twice. The absolutely worst service and complete lack of respect for the customers.

didnt arrive on day stated,although tracking said would be delivered,tried re arranging and wouldnt let me,no one answerable,worst delivery company in uk,virtual assistant waste of time sends you in circles.told companies i will not buy of them if they use ups

Horrible company with Horrible customer service. Holds your package hostage for games and yes i mean hostage. I have 2 Surepost packages that are supposed to be taken to USPS by UPS and USPS delivers to me. They refuse to take my packages to USPS but also refuse to deliver them to me. The ground package i asked to be delivered to the UPS store after 3 out for delivery (yeah right) and the driver went to the store 2 twice and sat at the store the second time for 1hr but kept my package. They think it's funny and it's a game to them. I watch them on the map drive on circles around my house and even end up on the same road and then take off somewhere else. I am to the point where I will no longer shop online because places use UPS. This is the third day and it is back to in transit. Sad thing is I thought it would be easier if I sent to UPS store for pickup but as stated below it didn't work out either. The only way that companies will stop using them is if we stop ordering from them because of this reason we start complaining to the stores about it so that they do something about it.

Worst experience with any delivery service. Spent the whole day waiting for them and they never came. Instead there was a notice online that the receiver was not available for delivery which is a lie. Very unprofessional, no way to contact them. Avoid using them.

Absolute joke of a company, when you pay for next day delivery (1-2 days) you expect to receive it, after over two hours on hold trying to find out what’s going on to be told you might get it tomorrow but you might not, whats the point of paying for premium services when a tortoise could have delivered it quicker

Disaster - the UPS driver left my house because my name was not on the front door - is that normal !!?? They did not call my phone to check if I was home. There is a reason eircodes are included on addresses !!They left with my parcel. I called UPS that evening, waited 40 mins to speak with someone who was not very helpful. Told me the driver would be back next day with my delivery which is today - still no sign. Very frustrating and can't face waiting on the phone again !!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING I would have had my parcel quicker if I had walked from the North of the country to the South and back myself. Same as everyone else's bad reviews my parcel has been coming now on 3 different dates then it gets rearranged to another day. No way of contacting them don’t reply if you do other then robotic chat. Absolutely shocking service and way behind its competitors such as Hermes and yodel. The tracking facility is shocking and you can’t trust what it says anyway even when it says out for delivery and due that day it still doesn’t show up! I would urge companies not to use this as a means to ship their products as it will damage your brands customer experience by doing so!

Don’t use them terrible company 2 delivery dates given than they change them still waiting for my parcel 14 days and counting . Ups pull your socks up your a nightmare, stop changing deliveries and saying reschedule requested I have not just do your job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well another day wasted waiting for UPS to deliver. I'm a key worker and wasted my two days off waiting. Ive now cancelled my orde with the company because of UPS incompetence.

Seriously, what is wrong with this company? Never deliver on the day they are supposed to. Was expecting a delivery on Wednesday, but got rescheduled for Thursday. On Thursday I received a message saying it’s been delayed until Friday. The item is with them, but they are simply not delivering. Calling them is a total waste of time. 40 minutes before they answer the phone and you simply get shrugged off. Their excuse is that they are busy. Quite happy to take the money for a delivery and they don’t give a damn after that. If they are too busy, perhaps they should start thinking about employing more drivers? Or stop taking on so much work? I will avoid sellers making use of UPS from now on, it’s not worth the headache.

I sent one package UK to USA with UPS - excellent super-speedy service, couldn't have been better. I have sent another package UK to Canada .... ohhh dear! Meant to be delivered on Monday, it is now Thursday afternoon and the UPS tracking system hasn't shown it moving in the last 3 days. After waiting 45 minutes on the phone to UPS, the customer "service" agent tried every trick to get me off the phone without actually giving me any factual information - they had no idea where the package was, no idea why it hadn't been scanned, but she could assure me it would be delivered the next day! This nonsense on the phone went on for some time where the agent tried to get me to go away, constantly coming up with nonsense that had no substance but clearly she just wanted to get rid of me. Eventually she promised that the Canada office would call me the next day - there was no particular reason to believe they would or that they would have any more "useful" information but the bottom line is that UPS are totally useless; you don't need to take my word for it just read the other reviews here, I really wish I had read them. UPS is another Courier to be put in the "Never Again" category.

Sent a large parcel to bristol, it was returned 5 days later and I was charged again. Stated incorrect address yet the same address has managed several parcels with other carriers and no problem. Rude and unhelpful customer service when I initially contacted them. Refused to refund anything. Will never use again.
