Terrible communication package not arrived on said date neither the next day just keep getting fobbed off on the phone , package will be with first thing uhh no, package will be with you lunch time uhh no. Still it’s only day 2 of sitting in doors WAITING

I'd give negative stars if I could I am importing cigars into HK, once my shipment arrived, I had to call UPS to know how the duty process works as I just saw my parcel kept on hold without an explanation nor call, they made me change my import permit permit 7 times despite repeatedly asking them any further modifications were needed and was told all was ok Due to UPS inepsy and incompetence I now cannot change the import permit anymore and I have to get a new permit, pay the duty AGAIN and then chase customs for my refund. I want to file a complaint with customer care as this is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous to be conducting business this way. I don't expect much from bureaucrat unthinking drones so I'm also leaving this review to make sure people don't go through the same nightmare. UPS has wasted my time and once this shipment is done, I never want to use them ever again. Avoid like the plague Thank you

One attempt made and we have a broken for entry and the slip was shoved under the common area front door for anyone to have never even chapped my door ( ring camera proof ) then dumped at a shop at the other side of my town . Also breached my data by leaving my name etc on show for anyone to see .

Collected on Monday 28 September for scheduled delivery in South Africa on Friday 2 October. £89.99 paid in advance. The parcel is still in the UK on Friday 2 October, constituting a breach of contract. I have been lied to 3 times : 1st lie at 11.30 on 2 October - the UPS agent told me the parcel was already in South Africa, despite the online tracking showing that it was not. I contacted UPS in South Africa and was told the parcel was NOT in South Africa. 2nd lie at 15.30 on 2 October by your agent Mau who told me the parcel was in South Africa. When challenged she admitted the parcel was still in the UK. 3rd lie at 15.40 on 2 October, I demanded to speak to a manager, your agent Mau told me no manager was available at that moment, she took telephone contact numbers from me and promised a manager would call me within 1 hour. No call yet received after 6 hours. Nobody from UPS has contacted me despite having an email address and 2 phone numbers. I should have been contacted to explain or apologise the parcel has not been shipped as booked. After complaining, I should have been called back by a manager as promised by agent Mau.

One of the worst delivery companies I have dealt with. My parcel has been sent to me from abroad and returned back to a sender twice!!! And needless to say that every time they ask me to pay taxes!!!

So I paid for a next delivery of 12kg load including very important item since 22/9/20 to parcelhero who sent the item to UPS and till now they still have not found my item Just a drive from colchester to Bury St edmund of 49minutes drive and the load is declared lost. Not a small envelop it's a very big storage bag of 12kg but till now they still haven't update me about my load. When I call them seems theyve stored my number and kept dropping the call , no one picks again. Please how can i get my load because i have very important items inside the bag.

We work with UPS because they are the only courier used for Amazon fulfillment yet every single time we book a collection they lose it on their system, they never have a reference number. It happens every time. Worse courier ever.

Only give 1 star , because there is no option for less !! Been ordering online in a monthly basis , never got anything delivered by ups , until next week .. I've ordered a gift , a week before needed it , I understand with the current choir situation things takes time. However even during lockdown I've received all my items on time , most of the times even earlier . Not with UPS tho !! Apperently the driver attempted a delivery last Wednesday, however they forgot to let me know , no phone call or message or anything . So they sent my package to a delivery collection point.. I'm 9 months pregnant , I order things with delivery , i try to b out as less as possible giving the the current virus situation. When I rang UPS and asked what's going on , I've been told the drivers not allowed to use their phone and also that they using a map to get from A to B . Not a Gps! I've spent over an hour on the phone with very rude customer service, been spoken 4 different person, but I had to almost beg for over 10 min to speak to a manager . They promised, my package will b delivered today, early morning, now its half 12 , I cant leave the house to get my food shop cuz they have lied, again !!cuz waiting on a delivery... The worst delivery company out there , avoid if possible

I don,t normally leave reviews but this time I felt I should. As a online company a reliable delivery service is a must. Not the first time we have been let down by UPS, but this will be the last. I thought UPS was a premium reputable service as they are not the cheapest around. Booked parcels out for collection next day, but a no show. We're not unreasonable a missed collection, perhaps they had some difficulties. So we booked another parcel the next day assuming they will definitely turn up. Again a no show leaving me to grovel to customers about their items not turning up. Again I ended up dropping them off to a parcel shop. Not good when you have paid for a collection service & end up taking them yourself. They won't be getting the benefit of doubt again. If your looking for a good courier look elsewhere. You pay premium price for a low rate service.

Great company always polite mature staff never let me down with hundreds of delivered parcels and most important no breakages ,this is in the uk so possibly different to stateside.

Have had such a rude telephone operator lady responding to my request about forwarding my commercial invoice. She was very confused about whether I needed to handle my commercial invoice in person or can just email it(and still in the end she got it wrong). As she has an accent I have to ask her to repeat her sentence sometimes. However, she very soon lost the patience and told me off like I was an idiot not be able to understand her.. I have to apologise to her which is so ridiculous. But I got chilled in the end as another lady called to ask me to email her invoice and she is very very nice and patient. Still, how can the quality of the staffs differ so much? My mood was literally ruined..

UPS are the worst courier I have encountered. The driver lies about coming to my address and me not being in - I had arranged to be in for the delivery and I was, all day. Email sent saying my package is at an access point. I phone and get through the awful phone system and speak to someone who gets the depot to phone me. I speak to someone who is short, on the point of aggressive and he agrees to send the package the next day. The next day I was supposed to be out of the house, but I wait all day for the delivery. It does not come. I again phone and speak to someone who is totally unhelpful and just repeatedly tells me that she cannot help. As of now I don't have my package yet.

I need an approximate time for delivery. UPS don't give one. "By end of day" is useless. They say sign up to UPS Choices to get more info. This gives nothing more. PEOPLE CAN'T WAIT IN FROM 7AM TO 7PM. I'll never use them again

Try giving alternative days for delivery some of your customers actually work and are not home 24/7 for your convenience

UPS actively attempt to cover up theft by making the process of investigating missing parcels impossible. A parcel goes missing and automated systems and customer services alike try to drive you to a claims page which will not allow you to open a claim without performing something through customer services. Something customer services are unable to do, being only able to send you a link to the claims page. So no refunds, for the shipping costs or the value of the parcel, and no investigation. Nothing.

Avoid UPS awful service... my parcel arrived smashed into pieces obviously thrown or dropped, and UPS don’t want to know! Never use them again!

Hi UPS Hi UPS, case number C-0042030752, you have lost my parcel, and after this I don't have a opportunity to make a claim as "this shippment is ineligible for a claim " ??? On your message to me you write "I suggest for you to coordinate with Ebay for them to contact us directly to start the investigation. They can also provide a possible replacement or refund for your shipment while we are conducting the investigation." but after contacting Ebay they said that is not any agreement regarding this, please explain me what to do now? What to explain to my costumer now ? and if you lost my parcels why I have to refund 70 pounds from my pocket ? Plaese do something if not i will not leave this, is your business and you have to answer for this.
