I had issues getting mobile data to work, as a techie person i usually have no issues adding APN settings and activating mobile phones. Off shore support is usually a nightmare but I was blow away after speaking with Saif from Pakistan. Truly not making this up, he spoke perfect english with little accent - was very easy for me a dumb southern boy to understand. He knew exactly what was wrong and after about 15 minutes of messing with settings, changing APN names and rebooting the phone everything is working perfectly. Very happy with US Mobile support. Will come back later to review the service after I have been using it a few months.

Had some miscommunication re: SIM delivery as I was traveling throughout the US. Imran was a superstar at coordinating that so that I could have access to my number and data!

I had great difficulty getting logged into the website, spent 3 hours on the phone 2/6/22 and thought the cust support person had made the necessary changes to my account. Today my phone was cut off which means it had not been taken care of. Earlier today spent another 2 hours on the phone without success. Tonight Noshervan was able to walk me through the whole process with success and it was completed in 30 min. He should be commended for his excellent customer service.

Danish kahn was an otstandind representative to wok with. I am not as technology savy as i would like to be. He was so helpful, patient, knowlegeable,and kind. He went over and over with me until i got it right. If i could give a higher score it to him it would be well over 100%. Too bad we could only go to 5. Please hold onto him as an employee because great workers are hard to find. God bless you all and keep safe

I activated my plan with US Mobile, but my black sim card didn't work at all. After 3 days of troubles and many attempts with different employes, finally Amir was able to make it work, and gave me a discount for the trouble. The customer care is really professional and kind overall, and Amir in particular was great. Even if I had some great issues, I'm satisfied with them being serious and commited to the client satisfaction.

Rep Nobel was great at assisting me with my not receiving or sending text messages on phone or been able to access my visual voicemail. He was very informative and professional. Unfortunately I was not able to activate my visual voicemail at all. Even though he did try everything with me and spend over two hours on the phone with me trying to resolve my issues.

Nobel rep was very helpful at explaining why i was not able to receive text message. he is very knowledgeable and friendly. i was going to cancel the service but since the problem was solved i’ll give it another try.

I am a new customer leaving T-Mobile due to poor customer support and a company wide vaccine mandate. Because of this I searched and for US Mobile as a cheaper cost, and I ordered my sim card and finally decided to cut ties with T-Mobile after 5+ years. So far the customer service has been GREAT. There is no hold time's and a real human answers. I do have an issue getting my S8 Active phone's data working because of it being freshly unlocked and a 4 year old phone but when I called for support I was able to talk to the same person twice in a row and he was very good with helping me go through my settings and following up with me. Shout out to Ali. Great Job! I hope refer all of my friends and family to US Mobile now and not T-Mobile like I used to do. Better service, Lower prices.

All of the technical support was superb in helping me with connectivity issues. I received call backs as promised, and frequent checks to ensure that the issues were resolved, or to continue support. In particular, Syed Ihsaan Kazmi was patient and very detailed with his help and expertise.

I could not activate an esim on my iphone but after several attempts over several days, Samir was successful at getting me up and running. It did take about 90 minutes but he was successful where several others were not. Thank you Samir!

Shehryar Khan Was successful when others were not. He spent about one and a half hours helping me get my phone to work on your network. I have been trying to transfer my phone numbers and my phones to USMobile for almost a month. I have made many phone calls and seem to run into road blocks at every turn. I have 5 or 6 phones that I want to swap over from Verizon and it has not been easy. I also have 2 T-Moble phones. All my phones are Samsung A10e Phones. They are all alike. Over the last month I have made many calls to USMobile Support for long lengths of time. I decided to to port over my backup phone to see if I could be successful. Somehow, I switched sim cards and didn't know it. I had a T-Mobile sim card in the phone I was activating and the USMobile card in the dead T-Mobile phone. Within a few minutes Shehryar discovered my mistake. No wonder my phone wouldn't work. Wrong sim Card. It took me a while to figure out where the right sim was. I was convinced that I had the correct sim card installed. You can imagine my surprise when Shehryar asked me to check it. Wow. Shehryar navigated me all over the website trying to fix this many different ways. I had another sim card, so we were going to try to swap sim cards. I kept running into roadblocks. I couldn't get the chat to work. No way. Finally, I realized where the original sim was and we got my phone working. Wow. Shehryar is smart, he knows his way around USMobile web site. He has patience, he is kind and he is determined. Can we add SUCCESSFUL to that? This is the kind of employee that you want to keep. He might even deserve a raise in pay.
