I called customer service late at night and they answered right away. Yassir was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Every time I have a question they are always helpful. Prices are good and services is always as good as the major carriers.

Great carrier with choice of T-Mobile or Verizon at the same discount pricing and excellent customer service by chat or phone! I was able to speak with the same agent every time I called which was very helpful and very unusual these days. Anum solved all my problems!

This company has excellent customer service (very helpful). I recently talked to Samir who helped me reset my password and reactivated my account. I initially chose this company because they're much cheaper than Verizon but they seem to have a great support staff too.......Thanks Guys

I recently activated 4 lines with US Mobile. Three of them were easy, but one line was not. I chatted with support for a long time yesterday and that person was very patient trying several things with me. Unfortunately, they had to send me to a higher tech tier, but said I should expect an email from them soon. Later last night I received the message asking when a convenient time would be for them to call and speak with me directly to try to resolve my issue. We scheduled for today, and I just got off the phone with Saif. He was very helpful, and he had the phone working within 10 minutes. I truly appreciate the effort customer support has made to try to win my business. I'm on a 14 day free trial, and I expect things will continue to be good. I was a Verizon customer for many years, and by transferring my 4 lines to US Mobile, I will be saving about $80 a month! Thank you US Mobile!

I tried to use US mobile. But I got bad connection In my area, slowly internet speed, and haven’t received messages on time. And first day , I also upgraded and share my new phone number which is from US mobile to my bank , friends and so on. That’s why I want to port out my phone number to another carrier,But USMobile freeze my phone number,don’t let me port out immediately. They need me send email to US mobile, but they are inefficient, still not got response yet.

I pay every month for unlimited everything. I looked up what all the plan offers. And I'm always having to call us mobile every month. I was told that I could call n talk to the ceo by the ceo but everytime I ask for him his workers never put him through. Keep telling me mobile hotspot is not included and I know it is because my wife only pays 47 bucks a month while I have to pay 55 plus tax every month. N there has been only once everything has worked right. I do not recommend us mobile because of the workers. The workers suck

I ported my number from t mobile to us mobile using esim porting guided by us mobile rep. T mobile said they have released it. US mobile esim activation produced error and now they say they they are trying to fix it. This is the third day and stillo they dont have an update and estimate on when they will fix it. Totally frustrating experience. Already lost 3 days of work and 5 hours of frustrating phone calls with us mobile. Still waiting for my number

I am visiting NYC from LA and saw your ad in the subway. I called your company this morning after reviewing your website for almost 20 minutes. Your business model is super!! Your customer service is amazing!! Your service I'm sure is going to be spot on; I ordered two starter packs to arrive by the time I return to LA (yeah, I'm excited). But best of all, I'm appreciative of the fact that your customer service is not so vanilla. Harum, your call center rep was super patient, helpful, and eager to ensure that I was satisfied with the information. Big kudos to your staff ; )

Fiza Sha helped me fix a data issue I was having with my phone. A friend introduced me to US Mobile (478) 239-9965 and so far I'm liking it a lot! Only the minor step-back in regards to data, but Fiza Sha helped me with that and gave me an extra 100MB to consolidate the MB I'd lost. Totally recommendable!

I called 2819466428 to get some assistance and was instantly in contact with a customer service rep by the name of Nobel. His friendly demeanor and knowledge helped me come to a resolution. I would highly recommend USmobile. The sim card was free and only two dollars for quick FedEx shipping. 10 out of 10! Thanks Nobel and UsMobile!!!!”
