Representative ANUM was so polite and kind,professional. A delighful personality. She was patient with me. Answered my question promptly, courteously.( To her supervisor, I fumbled with my phone when rating after call. Give her highest mark please. My old fingers. )Even though I have a hearing issue ANUM repeated for me the answer to my question. A pleasant exchange. She made my life better today!

Syed Mughees turned a poor experience into one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had -- he was thorough, calming, sympathetic, and efficient with my time. I had trouble getting signal on my new service and he worked his magic to fix the issue perfectly! I have already begun recommending US Mobile to others based on the customer service I've received from Mughees and others as the customer service experience alone has made switching from my last two carriers (Verizon and T-Mobile) 1,000% worth it!

I recently became a new customer with US mobile. I was extremely impressed with how fast I was able to talk to a customer service representative. The representative I spoke to was named Danish. he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. My first impression with this company is extremely positive.

Navid, did an excellent job with walking me through changes to my current plan. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and provided outstanding customer service, which is very much appreciated considering how poor most companies customer service is. Navid deserves a bonus!

I just activated my line last night and had a few questions. I called and spoke with Anum and she was extremely helpful and knew just what to do. I forgot to apply a referral code when I activated, and she applied a manual discount and wrote a note in the account so that the person who referred me could also call to get a discount. I decided after I signed up that I want to switch to an unlimited plan and then add 2 more lines. She assured me that this could be done and provided instructions. So far this has been a very positive experience. We have been with Verizon for 30 years and we are going to save about $90 a month!

This company has excellent customer service (very helpful). I recently talked to Imram who helped me activate my esim he makes the process goes smoothly. I initially chose this company because they're much cheaper than other mvno but they seem to have a great support staff too.......Thanks Guys

I called customer service late at night and they answered right away. Yassir was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Every time I have a question they are always helpful. Prices are good and services is always as good as the major carriers.

Great carrier with choice of T-Mobile or Verizon at the same discount pricing and excellent customer service by chat or phone! I was able to speak with the same agent every time I called which was very helpful and very unusual these days. Anum solved all my problems!

This company has excellent customer service (very helpful). I recently talked to Samir who helped me reset my password and reactivated my account. I initially chose this company because they're much cheaper than Verizon but they seem to have a great support staff too.......Thanks Guys

I recently activated 4 lines with US Mobile. Three of them were easy, but one line was not. I chatted with support for a long time yesterday and that person was very patient trying several things with me. Unfortunately, they had to send me to a higher tech tier, but said I should expect an email from them soon. Later last night I received the message asking when a convenient time would be for them to call and speak with me directly to try to resolve my issue. We scheduled for today, and I just got off the phone with Saif. He was very helpful, and he had the phone working within 10 minutes. I truly appreciate the effort customer support has made to try to win my business. I'm on a 14 day free trial, and I expect things will continue to be good. I was a Verizon customer for many years, and by transferring my 4 lines to US Mobile, I will be saving about $80 a month! Thank you US Mobile!

I tried to use US mobile. But I got bad connection In my area, slowly internet speed, and haven’t received messages on time. And first day , I also upgraded and share my new phone number which is from US mobile to my bank , friends and so on. That’s why I want to port out my phone number to another carrier,But USMobile freeze my phone number,don’t let me port out immediately. They need me send email to US mobile, but they are inefficient, still not got response yet.

I pay every month for unlimited everything. I looked up what all the plan offers. And I'm always having to call us mobile every month. I was told that I could call n talk to the ceo by the ceo but everytime I ask for him his workers never put him through. Keep telling me mobile hotspot is not included and I know it is because my wife only pays 47 bucks a month while I have to pay 55 plus tax every month. N there has been only once everything has worked right. I do not recommend us mobile because of the workers. The workers suck
