Their customer support is excellent! I was just on the phone with one of their technicians. Not only did he solve my problem he helped me to navigate around my PC and taught me things that will be very useful in the future. They are great! The person I worked with was Abdullah. He was extremely easy to work with! And knowledgeable!

Serram was not only a great with customer service but was very personable and it's very hard-pressed to find either in this day and age! He needs a raise! LOL or if he can give him one! Thanks again for his great customer service!

My fiance and I live abroad half of the year and in the states for the rest of the year. We switched to US Mobile in Feb 2020 and have had the best luck with them! There prices are extremely reasonable and we find that we have service the same as we did with Verizon but our bill is half the price. Plus there is no crappy contract and they have GREAT customer service! Literally their online chat feature gives responses within minutes (just think how much of your lives have been wasted in line at Verizon). Thanks Saud Ahmed for the great customer service!!

Ali was super helpful tonight, very patient, thorough, and called me back 5 times after the call kept dropping while we worked through a problem on my phone. He even continued to discuss the possible causes for my issue even after resolution instead of hanging up as soon as possible like so many other service reps do. 10/10 customer service!

WORLD of difference from ATT immediately! Their customer service is the best I have yet to experience, very helpful, Hassaan was patient through my millions of questions, knowledgeable, and got done exactly what we needed to get done. Not only that, but they are half the price of most places! So far so amazing!

I had an issue with my phone not sending pictures. Umer worked with me for quite a long time. I was very pleased with his service. He remained positive and cordial throughout the chat. I appreciated the smiley faces he used so it felt like he wasn't frustrated with me. I was very pleased with his service. Haris was so helpful and us mobile is a fantastic mobile company. They are so easy with customer service, have cheap plans, and good quality. Any issue that happened was taking care of right away by chat and by phone. I never experienced such a good service. Truly appreciate it, You can get to him also on 2817201891. Thank you US MOBILE

Umer did a great job walking me through getting the new plan activated. I went from a cheaper Custom Plan to the 5 GB Unlimited plan but it said it would not take effect till a month from now since my old plan had just renewed. Umer helped me sort things out. Your system could use improvement by allowing someone to see a button that says Activate Now. Would save a lot of time and you spending money on Representatives getting things sorted. Seems like a no brainer to do that. Any how my 2 cents. But Umer did a great job helping me sort things out.

Got two sim cards shipped to me for free, and went with the one my phone was compatible with (GSM LTE). I chose the 5GB plan with US Mobile. I had to "port" my number from my previous carrier, Sprint, to US Mobile. At first I was confused and my cell/messaging wasn't working, but a quick chat with customer service fixed it. The rep finished porting my number and my calls/messaging worked afterwards. I noticed my data wasn't working however, so I did have to contact customer service via chat again, but the issue was resolved within half an hour and the rep even answered several other questions I had about the difference between the sim cards, CDMA vs. GSM phones, 5G coverage, etc. So far it's been a great experience :)

Got stuck signing up for a SIM kit so called for help; after a brief robo-voice introduction I got someone on the phone in less than a minute; he asked me to send a screenshot, patiently waited for me to get it together, then solved the problem at a glance. The plans are REALLY inexpensive but what impressed me most is the speed and competence with which I received help AND even more that I was able to call and get a helpful human being on the line so quickly!

I needed to transfer a line from one network to another. Umer was extremely helpful and efficient and even the security check was quick and painless. Within 20 minutes, the transfer had been completed, with a promise of credit for the days lost due to the user error of initiating the transfer in the middle of a service period. Altogether, an excellent customer service experience.

Had difficulty connecting my A51 phone. Spent several hours with tech support trying to figure out the problem. Everyone I talked to was very courteous and understanding. They were kind enough to send me new sim cards at no charge. Having received the new cards, I called tech support again and spoke with Kamil. He was very knowledgeable and was familiar with my situation. Within a half hour, my phone was up and running without any issues. Made my day! I would recommend US Mobile to others. Thank you.

Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! like insane level. They hang with me for an hour to get my iPhone to work. Very happy with them indeed. That dude Umer from customer service deserves a medal!

I ❤️ US Mobile. I was having a problem getting my excellent service upgraded to unlimited, I called, I waited less than 30 seconds, and was helped, in very clear, polite and friendly words by a young man named Shehryar. Such good communication is rare these days. He was just wonderful. I’ve been a happy customer for over 2 years. Now, I’m even happier. Thank you!
