“Fiza Sha helped me fix a data issue I was having with my phone. A friend introduced me to US Mobile and so far I'm liking it a lot! Only the minor step-back in regards to data, but Fiza Sha helped me with that and gave me an extra 100MB to consolidate the MB I'd lost. Totally recommendable!”

“The affordable, customizable plans that can be adapted to monthly needs, the near-instant customer service that always gets the problem solved, and the variety of equipment available directly through the company means I will be sticking with US Mobile for a long time to come. I had trouble with one contact not working, the 'blacklist' option was explained to me and how easy it is to accidently set it and how easy it is to undo it. I couldn't get my voicemails because of a fault in a phone purchased elsewhere, I was walked through in real time by the representative in resetting the voicemail options and another way to listen to them. When my needs for text and voice change, it is so simple to alter the plan for the next month, for less than pennies a day.”

“Fiza Shah was very patient and was great! I had multiple issues with passwords, payments etc.... but she came through and gave precise instructions the whole way through. She was on top of the chat and helped a lot! Thank you!!”
