“I came to US Mobile for the price. I was a long time customer of Republic Wireless and happy with their service and price, but moved to an iPhone which they do not support. Price is equivalent but where US Mobile really shines is their online service. The folks I’ve chatted with have been really outstanding. Just finished a session with Omema. They’re always warm and friendly, and very knowledgeable. This organization has the best support I’ve used in the industry, by far.”

“After a frustrating 3 day experience of trying to troubleshoot a problem my phone was having with my new sim card, I was able to talk to Nobel over the phone and fix my problem. Not only was he able to fix my problem, he was patient, kind and willing to go the extra mile to make things right. Because of him, I am happy to continue using usmobile. Thank you Nobel and everyone else that helped out with fixing my problem.”

“I was having issues using my mobile data and Arsalan helped me figure out that I was out of balance. But I couldn't even use my internet so it was weird. However, I received a complimentary 50 MB for my trouble. You rock Arsalan!”
