“Hassaan Was very patient with my lack of knowledge of my phone. She directed me to find the info that was needed to fix my difficulty. I thought I might have had my settings wrong. However I had no idea how to fix the problem. Hassaan Was thorough and directed me patiently. Thanks again. Terri Bush”

“They have always been great at solving tech issues. Whether it's understanding caps (hit during virtual learning hotspots) or enabling hotspots on other phones, they've gotten me to the answer quickly. Great support for a great network!”

“I had a problem sending text messages from my US mobile phone due to some network settings issues. Omema did a marvelous job and was able to get things fixed for me in just 10'. Amazing customer service!”

“Was helped by a customer service representative named Arsalan and a couple others as we had issues with our line porting process (that ended up being on the end of my old provider). Everyone is super helpful and made things so much nicer, they’re all willing to go the extra mile to help you when you need it!”

“So the customer service is going from strength to strength. Today I was helped my Mohammed and Sarfraz. Both were exemplary. If only all customer service could be like this. I used the chat function. They can do everything you need and no requirements for supplementary logins to confirm your identity. This was porting a number i'd just ported onto their network so it could access a different package. It went swimmingly. I got disconnected from Mohammed. My fault I was browsing auto insurance at the same time. I was reconnected to Sarfraz who picked up where we left off and made sure I had everything I needed. I've gone from two lines on T-Mobile to 4 one USMobile and its still less than the T-Mobile cost. Highly rate these folks - get in touch and move your number.”
