“I wanted to change a plan on one of my telephone lines and Zobia on the Live Chat was extremely helpful and was able to give me the exact steps necessary to get the upate effective immediately. Customer service was excellent, polite and professional. Way-to-go on being very responsive!!”

“US Mobile is awesome! They will be much better than other Pay As You Go carriers, US Mobile's $2 per line vs others $6 per line. It's still very good as a backup number. I don't have any trouble with their service.”

“Yahya helped me over the live customer service chat and was super friendly and took the time to explain things to me that I did not understand. Very pleased. Just when I felt like I was going to move to a new cell service company, I changed my mind because they were so helpful. US Mobile needs to weed out the unhelpful people though. Before Yahya, I had someone who just ended the chat on me without making sure my issue was solved...it clearly wasn't because I needed to get back on the chat.”

“Omema was awesome. Not only super patient and friendly but very detailed. I have no patience for things not working and can get frustrated easily but Omema was there every step of the way. I love the price of the plans and the flexibility of being able to add what I want when I want. Especially with everything that has happened in 2020, having the ability to pay according to my budget and still getting great coverage and service is so important to me. I am go glad that I came across US Mobile and highly recommend them to anyone on the fence about the pricing. It's ok to step out of the overpriced box and try something new. P.S. we shouldn't have to decide to have phone service or eat, which was were I was at with a name brand carrier! Never again :)”

“I had been trying to solve a glitch on my phone for HOURS with oneplus and other entities and no one could solve it or be useful. Fiza Shah was able to solve it and now it's working perfectly! This carrier has a great costumer care service while being very affordable for people like me who are students. THANK YOU!”
