“Usman was a trooper! When informed that the SIM for the One Plus 7 was not compatible, she extended a couple of troubleshooting steps and everything works now! Very happy with her diligence and assistance to resolve our issue!”

“I snoozed my account and came back to restart service on the same day. I connected with US Mobile customer service through their Live Chat option. I requested a refund for the amount that is charged to snooze the plan since I was restarting service the same day. They were able to refund the amount and did it while we were on the chat. Representative (Haris) was great and very helpful. Thank you US Mobile!”

“I was cautious about joining US Mobile. I figured as a virtual operator they wouldn't be as good at customer service and support as their big brother rivals. HOW WRONG I WAS! I usually hate chat support because operators have too many ongoing chats at once. Here you speak to one person and they focus on you!! Omema sorted my problem out with minimal fuss and total professionalism. They even had a sense of humor which can be hard when you deal with the same thing time after time. The customer service is AAA rated. Their prices are beyond comparison and they offer the same network perks as their network operator competitors. I get my Netflix paid for, three lines of unlimited connectivity and all for the price of one line on their compeTitor in pink!!”

“I was looking for help to get new family unlimited plan discount. My lines were entitled autopay and needed to cancel them before proceeding to change the plan. The rep(Zobia) helped me with detailed instruction and the issue was solved quickly. She is kind and professional. I really appreciate it!”

“I thought I would have to give up customer service with thinking about a highly discounted service like US Mobile. Yes walk-in stores like ATT and T-Mobile are nice and convenient, but there is a high price to pay for that. Covid-19 has changed everything, and the big carriers customer service has gotten terrible (as more people seek help by phone and they are really not structured for that). Enter this great little-known company 'US Mobile' that provides fantastic service and coverage (just like the big-boys) for under $10/mo. (that's not a typo). Great coverage (they utilize the same towers under sub-contracts), Excellent customer service via Chat or Phone (no walk-in, but today, who cares) and unreal pricing. I just got off the phone with a CS rep who was most helpful in getting another T-Mobile number of mine ported (transferred) over. Great command of the English language and done in 3 minutes. You need to be a bit technical but the grand-kids can take care of the fine points for you, in case like me you're a bit over 30. It's 6AM PDT and I just got off Chat with US Mobile. What a commitment to great customer service. Very (very) highly recommend!!”
