“Ayesha was super helpful, and even though we had a lot of requests, and the final problem was tough to resolve...she stuck with us, kept us informed and maintained contact while doing things, and in the end everything was resolved satisfactorily! Great customer service experience!!”

“Just swapped my three T-Mobile lines over to US Mobile. Couldn't have been easier. No awkward calls with the T-Mobile retention department - just swapped the numbers to US Mobile and away I go. Had a problem setting up the sim cards on the website so chatted with Omema in their customer support and it was resolved in minutes. I number porting couldn't have been easier. I just put my details in and BAM. Over they went. I now have three lines and Im paying half of what it cost me for the same on T-Mobile. The mobile internet services is faster than T-Mobile and there isn't any difference in the level of services. Speak to the customer service team before you buy the SIM pack. They will send it to you for free. Thanks US Mobile. Here's to a long and low-cost relationship.”

“I had a problem with a number transfer. With the other company, I had to go from person to person three times. With US Mobile, I had one quick online chat with Fiza Shah and I was good to go. He was friendly, responsive, and extremely thorough. I knew I was in good hands. I've felt this way ever since I was a US Mobile customer - absolutely love everything about this service!”

“I had paid for my phone plan but it wasn’t going to activate until midnight And I really needed to make a call to someone important but I couldnt do that until my next plan activated. So I reached out to US Mobile’s customer service and asked about it. Umer was very helpful and nice! He quickly gave me information and noticed I was upset about my plan not being activated until Midnight so he asked if I wanted him to activate it now. And he did in a matter of seconds! I was very pleased of his service. Thanks Umer! You saved the day.”

“Ayesha Noor & Hassan Riaz were such a massive help for me, my husband and my sister!! We’ve all three been with US mobile for a couple years and decided to take advantage of the new amazing family plan so needed our numbers transferred to a single account. We got everything sorted within a day thanks to these two amazing people!! I can’t thank them enough for helping us out and making the transfer so smooth and quick. Thanks again guys!!”

“Setting up was easy, although the initial message said phone activation can take up to 3 days. Contacted customer service through their 24/7 chat and they activated me in under a minute. Really great responsive customer service!”

“The weirdest thing...Using US Mobile has been so easy (and I'm saving so much money compared to my last provider) that I question that I'm reading the site correctly. The hardest part of using US Mobile is getting used to it being so easy! I just chatted with Qirat (late at night, where I am) who was able to answer my questions easily. 24 hour customer service...Wait, wut?! AND their customer service is actually helpful, compared to other companies I won't name. I am very glad I switched to US Mobile.”
