the customer service rep, Zurayz, was extremely patient helping me thru what is a frustrating GUI for the sign up process! Using a chrome browser, I was unable to complete the process (four attempts) until I went to an incognito window. Whew! Thanks Zurayz, for your help!

I had trouble getting my phone to use data, calls, texts and after lots of troubleshooting over chat Mukesh was able to get me connected to the Super LTE network as a new customer.

I had an issue with my new iPhone XS in that I could not send MMS/SMS messages. After being a long time US Mobile customer and their service has been exemplary in the past, I really needed some guidance as to rectify this issue. Omema came on board and after about an hour chatting back and forth trying this and that, we finally got the phone to send messages and pics. Omema was a godsend in this instance. Because of this and the obvious great pricing, I will continue to be a US Mobile subscriber. Thank you so much!!

Ayesha was super helpful, and even though we had a lot of requests, and the final problem was tough to resolve...she stuck with us, kept us informed and maintained contact while doing things, and in the end everything was resolved satisfactorily! Great customer service experience!!

Just swapped my three T-Mobile lines over to US Mobile. Couldn't have been easier. No awkward calls with the T-Mobile retention department - just swapped the numbers to US Mobile and away I go. Had a problem setting up the sim cards on the website so chatted with Omema in their customer support and it was resolved in minutes. I number porting couldn't have been easier. I just put my details in and BAM. Over they went. I now have three lines and Im paying half of what it cost me for the same on T-Mobile. The mobile internet services is faster than T-Mobile and there isn't any difference in the level of services. Speak to the customer service team before you buy the SIM pack. They will send it to you for free. Thanks US Mobile. Here's to a long and low-cost relationship.

I had a problem with a number transfer. With the other company, I had to go from person to person three times. With US Mobile, I had one quick online chat with Fiza Shah and I was good to go. He was friendly, responsive, and extremely thorough. I knew I was in good hands. I've felt this way ever since I was a US Mobile customer - absolutely love everything about this service!
