“They are able to help figure out any problem 24/7!! Fiza Shah helped me get my data looked into over a chat at midnight so I could get my kids data restored and able to use their map to get home:) Super helpful to have helpers at your fingertips that truly care and want to help you figure out any problems fast!”

“I lost my data connection. Several product support specialists tried their best to help via chat and email but without success. I just called the support phone number and luckily was connected to someone named Nobel, who was very polite and professional. With his help, I got my connection back. Kudos!”

“many times I have had to call with odd problems because I use unlocked phones. these guys have NEVER failed to amaze! Just now, I believe his name is Murkesh ( I hope I have remembered) he worked SO hard and finally conquered my problem. All support people deserve a nice raise in pay and Murkesh deserves and additional bonus. i am very very happy!! Thank you so much for you tremendous successful efforts!”

“Great!..being a first time user it wasn't too hard for me to maneuver...I got help today from Kamil.......so patient and very helpful in activating my plan!....I got my starter kit a few days ago and the minute I started it their customer support was very helpful!.....Thank you!! and I highly recommend you guys!!!!!!”

“USMOBILE customer support is amazing. They do really care about their customers. I'm just signing up on the carrier as they're offering cheap and good plans. The guy Suleman was very nice and knowledgeable he helped me understand all about the plans and the payments, etc. Highly recommended 👍”

“I used the chat feature and talked to Quirat about upgrading my data plan. I was blown away by the help I received. I have had Verizon, AT&T, and many other smaller carriers, but they could all learn something from Quirat at US Mobile.”

“It is my pleasure to write these comments. I was assisted by Kamil today. He was absolutely the best. I don't maneuver around these text screens the best however Kamil was most patient with me. I even has to log in twice. He guided me through this process perfectly and gave clear instructions. Thank you Kamil. You are the BEST.”
