“Haroon was so helpful. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them thoroughly and patiently. Also, unlike ATT, he didn't give me any bs by trying to sell me something I don't need. Love the customer service at US mobile. They get in touch with you quickly and you talk to a real person, not a bot. Thanks Haroon!”

“Qirat was such a great help! He gave me great help as well as awesome advice! He knew how it talk though chat. Most representatives don’t respond like he does, he showed a lot of personality and I think that’s a crucial part of helping to resolve an issue without having the client get upset or irritated.”

“Where to start? I tried US Mobile just to see if it worked as advertised. IT DID! Extremely flexible plans, low cost, and EASY transfer. After the trail, I wanted to change numbers and a gentleman named Haroon walked us through easy as could be. He was wonderful. Hard to find customer service like that. Highly recommend this company. Thanks US Mobile and Haroon.”

“I had the pleasure of corresponding with an individual identified as "Sarfraz" utilizing the "chat" function on the US Mobile website. Despite the fact that I am woefully deficient in terms of understanding various terms, coupled with the fact that the phone about which I was calling is just now being released by Jethro, this individual was courteous, professional, patient, understanding and very thorough. An EXCELLENT ambassador for US Mobile.”

“US Mobile is awesome! They will be much better than other Pay As You Go carriers, US Mobile's $2 per line vs others $6 per line. It's still very good as a backup number. I don't have any trouble with their service.”
