“US Mobile is a great service. Customer service is incredible and so is their 24/7 chat and phone - which I don't know of any other carrier service out there that does that. Their coverage is fantastic and uses Verizon. Despite most people thinking that their speeds may be slower - that's incorrect. They are an MNVO, but they do have an upgrade to their speed "Ludicruoius" for an extra $5/m that gives you uncapped Verizon speeds. Their website is incredible. I'm a web developer myself, so I appreciate companies that take time with their sites. It's aesthetically pleasing and very easy to navigate through much better than other carrier websites out there. Also if you're looking for family plans - there's is by far the best. 3 lines gets you netflix, apple music family, or HBO max for free, and if you get 4 lines, you get an additional one! Def check them out!”

“I contacted the online chat with questions prior to ordering. Haris was extremely helpful and rather than concentrating on making a sale, he looked into an issue that was likely to arise with using a dual line iPhone SE. He was honest in letting me know that the service would not work properly and made suggestions for getting my current phones to work better, so that I could save money with U.S. Mobile and not be disappointed after ordering. Excellent support.”

“Great work by Arsalan. i had a lost phone, which I replaced and received a new SIM from USM. Arsalan quickly got my old # moved to my new SIM and got me on my way super fast. Thanks!”

“They're great! Usman was my chat agent. He helped me apply a coupon code I forgot to apply when I added my plan to my new sim card. They are very friendly & helpful on chat (I've used the chat tool a few times for assistance with my order) and I was able to reach them by phone too. I received my sim card quickly and I saved money on the sim card as well as the monthly plan with coupon codes. Their plans are affordable and you can even customize your plan to fit your needs.”

“Mukesh Kumar was my chat agent. I had gotten an replacement sim and couldn't access my voicemail. Mukesh stayed with me until I was able to get the messages and then told me how to change the voicemail password.”

“Very affordable and reliable service. Nice customer care that will help resolve any problem you have. I spoke to a very helpful representative by the name of Omema who answered all of my questions and helped activate my SIM card. I have 3 lines with US Mobile and will continue using the service and recommending it to friends. Thank you so much!”
