“Excellent first experience with customer support! I had forgotten my voicemail password and was able to speak with a customer service rep over chat who quickly resolved the problem. Start to finish was less than 10 minutes. I can't think of any other time that I've gotten a resolution that fast with *any* business. Thank you!”

“The customer service is INSANE! They are friendly and helpful, and actually solved all of my problems. I was a bit confused on some of the info I needed (my previous carrier was trying to make it difficult) but US Mobile walked me through everything and now I'm all set up!”

“24/7 online customer support was super helpful and quick. I had a complicated situation but Mukesh Kumar stuck through it with me for 45+ minutes. She was really resourceful and persistent to help me identify the problem. I now have phone service after 1+ week of feeling like I live underground!”

“Zurayz was amazing in helping me Port over my Verizon wireless account to US Mobile. He was patient and caring, chatting a bit between data exchanges. It made a not so easy process bearable. I'm not always a fan of CHAT but if you get the right customer service representative, like Zurayz, it can be quite effective. My new US Mobile line is active, gotta go and use it! Thanks Zurayz and thanks US Mobile.”

“US Mobile's customer service has been amazing! My last encounter with Zurayz was awesome. He was able to get my phone number ported over to my new service. My experience with US Mobile so far has been great and I would totally recommend it to anyone looking not only great savings, but awesome customer service! “Their GSM service didn't work for me, but their "Super LTE Network" worked great - luckily I had a phone that worked on Verizon networks, too. Customer service has been impeccable throughout the trial period and help with porting my old number over to their service. Hasaan was the last chat agent I talked with and they were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond. I look forward to using US Mobile as my primary mobile service provider!”

“US Mobile is a great service. Customer service is incredible and so is their 24/7 chat and phone - which I don't know of any other carrier service out there that does that. Their coverage is fantastic and uses Verizon. Despite most people thinking that their speeds may be slower - that's incorrect. They are an MNVO, but they do have an upgrade to their speed "Ludicruoius" for an extra $5/m that gives you uncapped Verizon speeds. Their website is incredible. I'm a web developer myself, so I appreciate companies that take time with their sites. It's aesthetically pleasing and very easy to navigate through much better than other carrier websites out there. Also if you're looking for family plans - there's is by far the best. 3 lines gets you netflix, apple music family, or HBO max for free, and if you get 4 lines, you get an additional one! Def check them out!”
