US Mobile is the one of the most if not the top responsive company I've ever had. I randomly found about them in a mall one day and have never looked back. Their support staff is very knowledgeable and speedy when working issues for you

I love US Mobile! Super customizable plan options that save a student like me tons of money; Their customer service team is always available to chat and promptly solves the occasional issue; and the starter kit I ordered to replace my lost sim came very quickly. These folks are the bomb.com. xo

Txt and calls work good but forget data. Their ludicrous speed is half that of Verizon. My wife is still on Verizon parent and her download is 21 Mbps. I'm on US Mobile and mine is 7 Mbps at best but during 90 percent of the day it's below .5 Mbps. I think it's due to deprioritization on Verizon towers thought they won't admit it. It's mostly unusable. Customer Service did their best but blamed it on network problems in my area but I know that isn't the case because I swapped the sim card with the wife and got the same results. 20 Mbps with her card in my phone and 4 Mbps with the US Mobile sim in her phone. These numbers were better only because these test were done at 4 AM. Like I said during the day the best I got on US Mobile was .67 Mbps.

The agents at US Mobile are awesome! They have been easy to reach by chat or phone. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, professional, and polite during the process of setting up my service. They helped me work with my previous carrier to complete the port of my phone number. I am grateful for their service and I am happy to be a US Mobile customer. :)

The service has been pretty good so far, although the data connection is not always real reliable. The $10 hotspot option is a great value to run my iPad when out mobile. Kind of disappointed with them because I wanted to know how much data I have used in the last three months to see if I am on a too big a plan, but they say no way to give me this info, only current billing cycle use. Poor and needs fixed.

Bait and switch with US Mobile. Tried to charge me double what the their unlimited plan is so I dropped them. When I first started with them they said after 6 months they would refund my money for the unlocking of my phone (didn't happen) so screw US Mobile.

After I received the SIM card and installed it, it took an hour online from my desktop computer and CHAT to get through the process of changing my smartphone over to this carrier. Then the rep told me he got it set up but it wouldn't be operational until the next day. The next day I tried it and it wouldn't work. After a few hours I was able to make one call then it immediately stopped texts and calls from going through at all. I had to spend another hour on another CHAT with a rep to get it operational. He was great but it now takes 4 minutes for a simple text to go out. It takes several seconds for a call to connect, which is an eternity really. It uses up mobile data at an astounding rate. Just three minutes on the internet used up 100MB. You will have to order 2GB a month just to be on the internet for one hour a month. I haven't even tried voicemail yet. I am afraid what that will be like. But I did save almost half the price of what I was paying the old carrier. And customer service is very knowledgeable and happy to help every way they can.

Got Unlimited and Hotspot, but wasn't told Hotspot shuts off at 15 gigs. Also, after every gig after 15, US Mobile shut off internet. Without second phone to ask why, I could not have got them to restart. Unlimited is not really a thing with US Mobile.

Your reps are helpful. What is wrong is: the Site has icon covering the sign in. when I found and entered info to change password, site is blocked at bottom and cannot scroll down to submit...

Purchased UNLIMITED talk and text plan. They cut me off one night in the middle of a phone call. Called support and they said I had hit a "soft cap" so they forced me to call support to get service re-activated. What part of UNLIMITED don't they understand?

Not a happy camper. Before I started said my galaxy note 4 was compatible. But after I got chip and started process said it wasn't and had to try their other chip and sign up for service before I could find out out if worked. On checkout page they gave me total with added 2 bucks in taxes...sent me an email with a confirmation code that I would need to enter to complete transaction.... Got email but said order was placed but added another $2.15 more than what was quoted....AND phone would not work....cancelled right away..very bad experience fore me.

They offered a promotion ($25 credit per referral) and changed the terms after I had already referred a number of people (switching it to $10). They refused to honor the referrals I had already signed up, saying that they changed their policy and they had no obligation to give me the promised credit for the people who had already signed up, which is clearly false advertising. Beyond that, the service has been spotty and intermittent, despite us being in an area with a good amount of Verizon coverage. We will be switching back to Ting.

I wasn't even able to use the service and I was still given easy to understand and immediate information. I am so impressed I decided to spend the money to buy a compatible phone in order to get this service after all.
