“Samir W. handled my problems well and professionally. Unfortunately my device did not support either sim so I must contact my seller and get it resolved. But looking forward to coming back and using US Mobile!!!”

“Customer Service is fantastic, EVERY TIME! 😁😁😁 I was just helped online via the chat feature and I've gotta say, Kamran Z. knows his stuff! He helped me very quickly and completely! He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue in less than 2 minutes. Also, this is not the first time I've chatted with US Mobile customer support and they have been friendly and helpful EVERY TIME! I highly recommend US Mobile to everyone!!! 😁😍❤️”

“I think US Mobile and tech support is superb! However, I had to leave US Mobile because as a business user (not a telemarketer or scammer) my daily usage was such that US Mobile automation kept turning off my cell service. That honestly said, for a non-business user of cellphone service, this would be a great option for cell service.”

“They have great low cost phone plans for what you get with their service. You can easily adjust your phone plan(s) with their user-friendly web interface (or, I believe, through their new app now as well). They also have very good service coverage with both their T-Mobile and Verizon network sims. However, their best feature is that their customer service is awesome and top-notch!!”

“Have used US Mobile for years for my elderly mother's phone service and we have been quite happy with service and reception. This review is actually for the process of leaving US Mobile to move to another carrier, as it works better for her to be on my family plan. Aneel J. helped me gather the info needed to port her old number to the new carrier, much more efficiently and with less pressure to stay than I've encountered porting my numbers with the big phone carriers. So while I'm sorry we have to leave US Mobile, I highly recommend them to anyone for the quality of their service, their support, and their pricing flexibility!”

“I ordered sims and a line but after contacting CS i was told my phone would not work in my area even tho their website said it had service. BIG waste of time and money.”

“Love US Mobile. Had a problem today - no connection. The service rep, should have copied down the name, stayed with me, about an hour or so, until we finally determined that my phone had malfunctioned. Never hurried me. Thank you again US Mobile service rep. I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE !!”

“10/10 would recommend. I don't think I will change services. I have had this service for almost a year and haven't had any problems. The customer service is amazing and is the main reason why I don't want to leave.”
