“As far as customer service goes? Nothing. Everytime I interact with the US Mobile reps I am super charged about the great service. I have coverage issues due to location but still rave to my friends about the customer service. Malik was no exception. He was patient and thorough. If my satisfaction had a dial it would be set all the way to eleven.”
