“I spoke w Hassaan about not being able to receive any texts from one person and not being able to receive photos from another, and he was very friendly and helpful! I appreciate him and his walking me through every step. Hopefully the reset and fixes worked, although that remains to be seen... Great cust svc on the phone though.”

“Hassaan made my transfer very easy and he was very helpful in the very difficult process of transferring over our carrier. Especially with my kids running around screaming and creating a ruckus. I have been looking for a good cell phone service provider for over two months. The transition today was seem less.”

“Umair Dogar provided the best customer service I have ever had. 3.5 hours on the phone, I wasn't even annoyed at the inconvenience because he was so pleasant and determined to fix my problem. Do your best to keep him, he deserves a raise!”

“Ammar Shauket has got to be one of the best customer service reps that I have ever talked to on the phone. He has a lot of patience with customers that are new to smart phones and the technology involved. He was on the phone with me for over 45 minutes and would not hang up or put me on hold until he made sure that everything was working correctly and all my questions were answered. If I have any other issues I really hope that he answers the call. He never once tried to rush me or make me feel uncomfortable asking any questions. He is exceptional! More companies need to have reps like Ammar. Finding an employee that is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly is very rare so this company should be proud to have him on the team. He should be commended for the professional way that he represents your company. 5 BIG STARS TO AMMAR!”

“Ammar Shaukat was outstanding, he was very patient with me (I'm a senior) , very professional and courteous. This was a long call to insert settings in my wife's phone so she could receive picture messages of our great grandson and he took the time to send her phone a picture message to confirm her phone was working properly. Hats Off to Shaukat.”

“Umair Dogar helped me out with my SIM issue. Really helpful..! I called Umair back because it didn't go to the survey after the call. I called again and the same thing happened (Mon, June 6 '22). US Mobile should check their system as it appears the after-call survey system is not functioning. 🙂”
