“Sheikh Usman Helped me out even though it took quite some time to get the apn settings correct where I could send receive picture messages mms. He was very respectful and continued to try and help me even when it seemed like it was never gonna happen.”

“Mr Ghazanfar Ali is the best! He spent over 1.5 hrs on the phone with me to resolve my issue (trouble with activating new phone). He had all the answers & was very patient! I’d like to buy him lots of espresso! Thank you very much Ghazanfar!”

“The representative who got my call was, Aizaz Khattak. He helped me change my order to get what I needed and was also helpful in sending my an email as a follow up with step by step instructions on what I’d need to port in our phone numbers which I really appreciate as well.”

“I spoke to Ahsan Ejaz this morning, and he was so helpful! We needed to change our service from the white sim card to the black, as we were getting dropped calls and poor reception in our rural area with the white card. He VERY patiently walked me through it, each step of the way. Great service!”

“I initially had problems setting up my Samsung S21+ phone on the Warp 5G network getting mobile data and MMS to work at the same time. I spent hours online trying to solve the problem myself but a phone call to customer support and with Ali Ghazanfar's help we fixed it in minutes!”
