“After joining US Mobile, I'm not sure why anyone would still use one of the big three providers, or any of the secondary ones either. The reception and coverage has been phenomenal. Super simple phone setup without the need for standing in long lines at a physical location. And to top it all off, excellent customer service. I'm definitely a devoted customer and getting all of my friends and family on board, too!”

“Sharoz Latif is one agent US Mobile should be honored to have on their team. It is rare that an agent shows the level of care, desication and compassion that he showed me during my very complex, complicated and unneeded ordeal with porting my phone number out to Xfinity mobile. If leaving US Mobile could be on the top 3 worst mistakes I have made it would be number 2 thats how much his customer service meant to me during my ordeal. He stayed on the phone for more than 2 hours and even while I drove to a physical Xfinity store to not loose the most important thing one has their phone number. Thank you to Sharoz and to US Mobile. He is a rockstar agent and an angel!”

“Their customer service is one of the most patient and helpful customer agents I ever cam across. This British accent guy(I forgot to as his name) and this lady ( Hasna) is super helpful. Yes, I am having some issues activating my sim card, at last, they help me out, and it works now... Thanks to them. The call got dropped several times, and I am so glad they called me back!!!”

“Samiya was so helpful and attentive with helping me. She was very kind and got straight to the point and vas very clear with her instructions. I was having issues with not being able to send or receive mms messages from android users and now i can finally send photos and videos to people with android phones. Thank you so much Samiya this was bothering me for months!!!”

“I spoke to Mr.Zakria from Usmobile and he is the guy who’s gonna stay on call with you until your issue is fixed. I had an issue which needed attention and no other rep seemed to help me but this gentleman was something else. He even called me back when the line got disconnected multiple times. Usmobile needs people like him + if someone sees this please give him a raise . You should be proud of yourself Zakria.”
