“Although not able to resolve my particular issue easily, the customer service was excellent! I was able to contact customer service via phone. There was no waiting in the queue. The particular agent, named Usman, was knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to patiently stay on the line as he walked me through a complex process.”

“I spoke to mister Hasan ejaz , I had difficulty with activating my phones and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me trying to get my phones to work. It was about 11/2 hrs. Of working together. Hes the best.”
