“My service with US Mobile on the phone was absolutely outstanding. My service rep, Iqra Mohammed, was patient, extremely courteous, very knowlegable and very helpful. she helped me with every querstion and guided me through porting number and setting up a pooled plan. I could not be more please with the service she provided me. Thank you IM. USM keep using these good and fine people.”

“I Can't express my gratitude enough to Nobel, the Technical Support Representative who took the time & patience this morning, who worked with me in resolving a host of problems in bringing a new Apple SE GEN 3 iPhone into service. He did an amazing job of stepping this 79 year old through a number of procedures in the activation of an e-Sim and in checking to ensure that it was fully functioning with all of the capabilities of my phone. U.S.Mobile needs to clone Nobel and I would deem him to be one its TOP Representatives !!!”

“I had some trouble transferring my line to esim. The first person that helped me solved my issue. I did not have to wait long to get help. I also did not have to call again. The customer service was excellent. The representative( who I forgot to ask their name) was very helpful and patient with me. Very knowledgeable and provided clear instructions. Helped me out from the beginning of the call to its end. I am a very happy customer of USmobile and will continue to be !”

“I like the low cost for what US Mobile can provide as a cellular phone service provider. I really like the customized plans, which help me plenty to adjust to whatever lifestyle I need to adjust to. I even tried the cellular data for a while. The reason was to test out downloads, uploads, and hardware/software performance of media files. Of course, the necessary phone operating system update is sometimes necessary. I did want port forwarding for the data plan, but port forwarding and hosting web/application servers on a specified mobile device and mobile network can induce the risk of cyberattack. Maybe I was asking for too much. Still, I imagine the convenience of a web server hosted by a mobile device and some satellite data network. That way, I do not need to worry about the uptime of an internet modem/router. As for the safekeeping of the device, I would just keep it in a tailored safe and hope that the radio frequency maintains its service. US Mobile does a good job as a phone and message service. I heard of privacy phone hardware and (Linux than Android) software. Maybe the company can find potential in research, development, and market.”

“I bought a 5Gb plan with unlimited calling and text. My issue was that after going through the activation process my calls were working but not my data. I then placed a call to their customer support to have my issue resolved. The customer service rep listened to me, was patient and at no time throughout the process did I feel like she would not have found a solution. Her customer service was outstanding and I want to say THANK YOU to Iqra Azad for being so attentive, actively listening and competent! 12/10 would recommend!!”

“Nobel is customer service I've ever experienced. Not enough stars to judge properly. US Mobile walked me thru the setup process and made it the easiest phone fix, ever! “After more than a year of flawless service with USMobile I encountered a problem (which turned out to be a 3rd party voicemail issue). The phone queu count was high but it counted down quickly. The rep worked through the issue behind the scenes while I stoodby. After a reboot of my phone everything was back in order. Great support in my book!”
