Customer support is one of the best out there. They give focused attention in every situation and always follow up with any situation that the customer does not deem resolved to complete satisfaction, no matter how minor the issue. This is very refreshing in a day and time when customer service for most companies is either non-existent or DIY. Living, breathing, well trained humans are easy to reach at US Mobile. Zeeshan recently successfully assisted me with a difficult situation related to issues with tracfone branded phone. He was thorough, patient, professional and courteous.

I couldn't get into my phone to make a phone call. My support was amazing, patient, and very understanding. He helped me through so he could make the adjustments necessary so I could use my phone, with ease thank you. Great customer support

Anum was so helpful on quickly fixing my issue with hotspot! She was knowledgeable and she had no problem hearing me, unlike other usmobile costumer service personnel. She helped me in past. Thank you Anum! 💜

The BEST customer service and technical expertise I have ever experienced in my 40+ years of life. After speaking with over 10+ representatives at US Mobile, and multiple "case escalations" across 4 days, a short call with Rafia was able to resolve my issue. She is the best at what she does and has the patience, positive attitude, and confidence that can fix any complex issue. I hope I never have another issue but if I do, I'm definitely calling Rafia!! THANK YOU!!

We were having trouble with internet connection using mobile data and had gone through the process of adding APNs twice via chat with no luck. Everyone was always helpful but I wanted to talk to a live person as nobody was able to resolve the issue. I called and was connected with Anum, a kind and patient individual who stuck with me through all the troubleshooting and now our problem is solved. Thank you and your team!

I called regarding la k of mobile data and voicemail notifications. Anum was amazing as she navigated through the steps to accomplish both of these tasks. SUCCESS! Then we tackled why all of my text messages continued to be brought in each and every time I restarted my phone (even after being deleted). We haven't solved that problem yet, but Anum isn't giving up (which is so impressive). She was knowledgeable, patient, funny and a true professional. Thank you Anum!!

I have aways been happy with US Mobile, especially with all of their service representatives. Today I spoke with Ms. Toova Bilal & Shehryar (JR) I was assured my account status is in perfect order. I had noticed differences in the posting of each line that I have. Shehryar looked over my line accounts and informed that all my lines are ok. Great service representative's are always available to reassure and put their customers at ease. Thank You US Mobile.

Had a huge issue with the internet spoke with 3 different agents and got no where I was aggravated by the time I got to Maria and she was definitely very understanding and helped me all the way so much appreciation for going out of her way to ensure I was taken care of.

I am a new client/customer of US MOBILE! I signed on 2022.0328. I have never experienced such stupendous customer service with any wireless service provider. I have never waited more than 4 minutes to speak with a live person. Each Service Representative has been phenomenal! Each one has been articulate and extremely kind, courteous, & very understanding concerning my unique needs for my phone & Data needs! I have always rated each representative with a *5* because each one has deserved it! I have been so impressed with US Mobile's employees that I have requested an email address of a supervisor so I could write a sterling recommendation for a raise and promotion! On Thursday, 0427. I spoke with Sarib, Areeb, and with Ali to fine tune my service and to change a number. There was also some technical issues that developed and were resolved. The only other company that I have given my highest ratings to concerning being # 1 in customer service is APPLE Inc. US MOBILE is the only company that has demonstrated this Superb Customer Service. In just a few short weeks I have already placed US MOBILE as a runner up matching APPLE's number one rating in customer service! I am so impressed and grateful to US MOBILE and their people! Congratulations US MOBILE on hiring the people who strive to be the best at their workplace!

I am a new customer and had a few issues with activating 2 lines and getting them set-up as shared and pooled. I spoke with three different customer service reps during the process who were all very nice and helpful, but the representative who stood out the most was Sheryar Khan. We were disconnected at one point during the line porting process which was no fault of his own. Sheryar later called back to apologize and to make sure everything had gone through ok. There were still a few minor hiccups, but Sheryar was there the whole time to take care of the rest of it all. I have never talked to a representative from any MVNO that is as kind, patient, and a true professional as Sheryar. Sheryar “sealed the deal” as far as making me realize that switching to U.S. Mobile was the best decision I could have made. Please pass this along to Sheryar and please consider giving him a promotion and a raise. If that is the way he treats all of his customers, he certainly deserves it. Thank you again Sheryar for all of your help and being such a great asset to your company!!

New customer and the transition and switch was simple and fast. However, for some reason mms did not work. I tried the FAQs, then a chat, then email correspondence... all not working (everyone was very helpful and pleasant at each step). Next was offer for call, to which my schedule was accommodated. I spoke with Shehryar Kahn who was not only friendly, polite and patient, but who took it as a challenge to solve my problem. While on the phone, he worked with me exclusively and we tried many options, even pulling in the tech support team and calling me back several times so I didn't have to wait on hold. Through tenacity, we got it working! All the product support specialists were great, but Shehryar went above and beyond to help me out. Definitely one of my better CS interactions! Thanks again! Hope the wireless service is as good as the customer service!

Ammar Shaukat was super friendly, polite, and helpful today! My service expired because of an error on our part, but he got me back up and working in a jiffy! He was patient with my lack of knowledge-hope all of your customer service reps are like him! Thank you!

Nida was a great help this morning! We got several fairly complicated things accomplished. She spent nearly an hour with me and was pleasant and helpful the whole time. She is a definite asset to US Mobile!

I worked with x5 US Mobile reps to try to figure out my activation issue, before I was connected to Nida, who patiently worked with me and figured it out! And did so by intelligently working through each possible issue, all the while displaying great intelligence, patience and good humor. Great representative!
