I overpaid on front windshield and rear windjammer. I won't purchase from you again. Your add said lowest price guaranteed, it wasn't. Too late for me, but it won't happen again.

Customer service is bad. Some were rude. Had to return the item and I try to order another item. And they said I could not do it until they got the other item back. So my machine is setting apart wedding or new part.

In my opinion, it is unwise to send a “How are we doing” email to a person who Still hasn’t received the product. I highly doubt I will ever use your company again. Oh, and by the way, can you please send my rear window Now?

I ordered a rear windshield for a 2023 Polaris RZR 1000 4 Pro XP Ultimate. The windshield is for a base model like a sport. I have talked to a couple different people about this and I will have to pay to have it sent back and even a restocking fee. I will eat this $200 and will never order anything else from UTV Direct.

Tracking shows a sound bar as delivered but it was not. In the proof of delivery it shows the weight as 1 pound.

Sent wrong item when I specifically gave the make and model in the comments section. They told me that i was responsible for shipping since I marked the wrong box. My Side by side is a Kawasaki Mule pro mx. There was no mule pro mx in the drop down selection. I wasn't sure so I checked the only Pro they had and left the corrrect make and model in the comments. Very nasty people to deal with. Told me it was my fault and wouldn't listen to my side. I will never ever buy from UTV Direct again. I spoke with 3 of them the last guy made threats that I have recorded and will seek legal representation. 😡

The having to call to get things shipped to another address is an inconvenience, I understand the reasoning for this, but I won’t buy from here again. The gentleman who handles this side of the business is hard to get a hold of and unprofessional when trying to get things shipped.

Even though I appartently placed an incorrect order and I was warned no refund, would have nice to know that I was wrong by email. I believe I put my 22 Honda Pinoneer 1000-5 in the comments, there was nothing to tell that you don’t have to fit my unit. Enjoy my funds.

I bought these doors and then actually bought a new UTV. I called to cancel the shipment. They told me I could not cancel because they had already been shipped. I said it is just in the shipping department just pull them. They would not. So I was going to refuse the delivery. The rep Christy Fielder told me not to so I asked for labels to return. She said ok but never heard back from her. So the next week I had my friend help me bring the massive boxes to return. Over $600. What a huge mistake this was to buy from this company.

Beware of the return policy! Just make sure you know what you are getting into in case you do need to send something back. You will pay the shipping to send it back., which in my case was $81.00 and then if you received free shipping when you purchased they will take what it would have cost them to ship it off your refund. While that is understandable you never know how much that will actually be. In my case, I had to contact them to find out what my refund amount was because I received nothing saying if my refund was processed or an amount. The charge was another $40.00 which they then took off the price before they charge tax. So you also do not get the full amount of tax that you paid back! While it may be a few dollars total it is tax you have paid for an item returned, you should be getting your full tax amount back. So about a $120.00 lesson learned. So just beware. I most definitely will not be ordering again!

I purchased a side curtain enclosure for a side by side RZR. The shipment was held up so ended up buying another locally because of a planned trip, As of yet I can not get anyone from your company to call me back after numerous tries. We would like to return this item for credit. Could you please have someone contact me so we can work out the details of the return? Thanks Marv 406 799 2618

It’s been a month and haven’t received my whole order. Haven’t heard a word on when the test is gonna show up. Just left in the dark. If I could give zero stars I would. Would love to know when the rest is gonna show up.

The windshield I purchased for my UTV was completely scratched up out of the box. I would not purchase products from UTV Direct again.

"Poor return policy" After two phone calls with a factory regarding an improper fitting tire mount and a request for a return here is the response I got. I definitely see your concerns, but between FactoryUTV themselves and all of their dealers hundreds of these are sold a week and there are never any issues with them. Beth has been there a very, very long time and I trust what she says. You can still return it if you do not want to install and use but you would be responsible for shipping back and they FactoryUTV does charge a restock fee, I just wanted you to be aware.
