“Good service. Only thing I struggle with is that many items were shipped from many locations to get my snowplow kit complete. I now have a pile of boxes in my shop that I "think" is the whole thing but am not sure. It would be nice to have an order list of where from and what the stuff is and an "we think you should have everything e-mail.”

“Prices good and ordering was easy. Shipping was very prompt. My only gripe is that we ordered two windsheilds and they were removed from the original packaging and both jammed into one box resulting in minor scratches to the units(not in line of sight). I assume this was done to save UTV shipping cost.”

“The 72" KFI ploly plow and the viper elite 4500lb winch fit my 2016 Kawasaki Mule Pro fx Perfectly and work flawlessly, it only took roughly 2hrs to install and about 45min to wire up, I spoke with Bill in sales he is extremely knowledgeable on these sxs he use to do installs services and maintenence on all sxs's , he was extremely helpful when I discovered my order was missing 1 backing plate , Bill had it over nightfall to my house without hesitation, the plow only drops my Muel about an inch when the plow is up, I personally recommend type of light bar since when the plow is up it does block the headlights, but I highly highly highly recommend this plow and this company, you won't go wrong”

“I bought a gift card and had it sent to someone's email who didn't receive it. I called and everyone was very helpful in trying resolve the problem. Email was resent on their end, problem solved! I really appreciated the customer care.”
