“I ordered a rear windshield for a 2023 Polaris RZR 1000 4 Pro XP Ultimate. The windshield is for a base model like a sport. I have talked to a couple different people about this and I will have to pay to have it sent back and even a restocking fee. I will eat this $200 and will never order anything else from UTV Direct.”

“Great customer service. I called about some doors for my Ranger and the gentleman on the phone took the time to talk to me about different options. Shipping was a lot quicker than I anticipated too!”

“Went to the site looking for a plow and was confused as to which mount applied so I believe the site needs work. A quick call to customer service solved the confusion with a very knowledgeable representative. The product shipped fast and status emails were appropriate. Very satisfied.”

“The speaker is awesome! Installed it on our roll cage, and it's definitely cool having a rechargeable speaker not having to worry about any draw of the battery of our sxs. Love it!”

“I ordered a KFI plow kit. The hardware from the lever kit was missing, 4 weeks later and multiple text messages/phone calls i finally received the hardware. Also I ordered the standard size fairlead pulley instead of the wide on accident and it’s been 6 weeks, still haven’t received a replacement. I’ve been a loyal customer over the years but I won’t be any longer, really went down hill over the last year or so.”
