“No instructions for installation. Video available is for only one style of windshield. I’m concerned that other items purchased will have the same outcome. Found directions online after an hour of searching. The directions are short and make you wing it.”

“Heater arrived extremely fast and will be waiting until fall to install it. When I traveled 350mi to my Polaris dealerships in Ironwood Mi . I scheduled 2 days in a motel to give them the time necessary for the heater install and my next 50 hr service! After the service was completed they started to install the Inferno Heater. After installing the necessary wiring and hoses and coolant replaced they discovered that the heater core was not soldered at one of the tubes from the core!! They removed it and sent it out to a radiator repair place to see if they could fix it? By noon the next day they called me and said that he could not repair it!! I was EXTREMELY UPSET that I had spent 400$ and now what was I to do? I called UTV DIRECT and was directed to a person at the company that distributes Inferno who said they would next day ship a new core to my dealer. I had to spend an additional 250$ for 2 more nights in the motel until the job was done! I asked that the heater company should cover the expense of the heater for my aggravation and 450$ extra for the motel and labor for install and reinstall? I guess I was not important enough for that!! They did refund 100$ but I will NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!!”

“haven't gotten my parts yet so we'll see how that part goes, but the mobile site is very frustrating to use. the moment you switch out of their site, like checking other sites for pricing, you are logged out. every single time you leave their site you are logged out. at one point I quit trying to use it and just came back to it the next day. I put off ordering for several days for that reason alone. I have a '20 machine and there are not tons of parts available for it just yet, so many times I am checking other sites to see who has what accessory. I hate having to log back in every single time I look elsewhere. it also seems to time out and log you out after just 5-10 min inactivity, also. that's on par w/ bank or credit card sites; ease up some, folks.”

Hi Jim, An order was placed for a windshield for the vehicle you stated you had, and it was switched when you called back to let us know you gave us the incorrect vehicle. Please give us a call if you think that was incorrect also and we will find the correct windshield. Thank you.

“Bad design doors , they flop open and slam against the side of the rzr if your not careful . The strap to prevent that is just useless . There is gaps on the bottom of the door where mud can splash in through the bottom . doors not secure very rattly. The part of the door that mounts by the cage was bent complete when it came . Idk why I thought these were going to be an amazing birthday gift to my husband and I’m sad he’s disappointed. H”

“I made 2 or more efforts to order item. Would not accept my check out. All info was correct. I submitted 2 e mails explaining and neither were responded too. Day later received e mail stating I had not completed order. Ignored it and zeroed cart. Later got e mail with 5% coupon to finish order. I completed a new order and it went thru like it should and received confirmation e mail. Sure was frustrating.”

Hi Mark, Some of our larger products that need to be shipped freight have a set shipping cost listed, but all other orders over $99 are free shipping so we are not sure what you are referring to. If you have any questions please give us a call. Thank you
