Chairs look okay, but absolutely no padding. Sitting on a hard board. Would not recommend or order again.

I am a London UK customer. The items I ordered were good quality and arrived undamaged in good time. But, Mr Mark Knoppel of Ludwigsburg, if you're out there I have your package too! I really don't know how Wayfair despatch system could confuse our orders since the names, items, order numbers, addresses and countries are completely different. I'm in the process of trying to contact Wayfair to see how they are going to deal with this.

Extremely poor quality kingsize bed purchased (Moama range). Very shoddily put together. Bits of aerated cardboard used on the inside to make head a footboards. Collapsed with the slightest prod leaving dents. Side panel bent on delivery (from factory) and had to be replaced. Posted one good and one bad review...bad review was not posted by Wayfair....very deceitful steer clear.

Ordered a RED floor standing vase costing £72.99. When it arrived it was in a box marked "colour -grey" and when opened it was actually GREEN! Returned it and emailed them to say. Advised by customer services that I must have been mistaken as they do not sell it in GREY...refund. Received but not for the £12.95 that it cost me to return....will not be using them again.

I ordered a floor lamp from Wayfair on 1/29/17. It arrived yesterday (2/2/17). Very good turn around time. However the lamp arrived in a box that had obviously seen an impact or two, and the lamp was broken. I took 3 photos detailing the damage and uploaded them along with an explanation and a request for a replacement lamp. In no time at all I received an email that indeed they would send a replacement. Great. But then reading further down I saw that I may not receive this lamp until May 11th. May 11th??? This is not the way to treat new customers... it makes them old customers.

I have bought 5 things now from Wayfair. 2 have been excellent, 1 very good, 1 good but that does have a problem and 1 an abomination. As invited, I wrote reviews of these products; the glowing reviews have been posted but the one that criticised a bit and the one that told the truth about a shoddy flimsy item have not. It's deceitful, misleading, dishonest and downright despicable to withhold critical reviews.

I have emailed the company today. I am very disappointed with a product I bought. I will get back to this site with the outcome when I hear back from the company and how they decide to resolve the problem. It could go either way. I hope Wayfair will accept their product/advertising was poor and manage it in the fair way I have suggested.

I have made a number of orders with Wayfair and received all of them in time except one. This one order was the most expensive order hence the one I was also most concerned about. The estimated delivery date was just over a week ago and I have made a number of calls asking for an update. They said they would call the warehouse to check and promised a call back to me the next day. I did not receive a call and I have been calling them once each day since, and each time they have replied with the same answer: "we have not received an update but I have just sent another request and it should be here within 2 hours/one business day. We will call you when we get it." Although the items we did receive were a good quality, I suggest not risking a large or expensive order. It is not worth the hassle.

I recently purchased a 'spotlight' type floor lamp for £110 from Wayfair. It arrived on time, but the quality was VERY poor with a badly fitting hinge which doesn't close properly. Also, it was fitted with a shaver type plug with no adapter. I gather it was made for the German market where plugs are of that type. Also, there was nothing to indicate the maximum wattage bulb required. When I contacted Wayfair, they offered a discount to cover the cost of an adaptor. They also advised the maximum wattage bulb would be 25w.....I pointed out that therefore anyone fitting a 60w bulb could create a fire risk? They agreed and told me they'd taken it off sale.......well, they HAVEN'T. I also left am honest reply on their customer feedback for this item.......surprise surprise, it DIDN'T get onto their site.....they only list comments giving maximum stars from apparently satisfied customers..... I am VERY unimpressed with this supplier and definitely will NOT use them again.

Once I ordered my armchair I was given a delivery slot over a 3 day period. This was not adequate for me as i work and I contacted Wayfair to request the delivery was on the first day specified as I had the day off. Wayfair have NO influence on when delivery will happen. They use a company called XPD that deliver on 3 occasions, 1 day after another if they are not sucessful. Despite the promise they will text you a delivery slot on the morning, not once did i recieve a text message. Day 1 they attempted to deliver without telling me delivery time. Then left a note saying "sorry we missed you" but no contact number to contact them on. Despite phoning and emailing XPD to inform them i would be at work on day 2, they did not respond. I got a call on day 2 saying they were outside my house, again no communication had on time of delivery. Day 3 no communication again. I left my garage open in case I missed delivery when i went out. Anyway I got home and found my delivery on its side in my garage. Dirt marks on the side of the box, which indicated it had been dragged. Very poor service from xpd, i would not recommend.

I haven't actually opened the packaging yet, but so far I'm already furious. First order we made was cancelled before delivery (via email) as the item was suddenly out of stock. We forgave them this and ordered something else. this took several days sat at the depot. when they arrived with the furniture, they simply turned up at 5pm on a Fri with no text reminder and no communication. They refused to bring the enormous, heavy boxes further than the bottom of some stairs leading to my garden, as they had already done one flight of stairs. It was pouring with rain. I was on my own with two toddlers having had no time to prepare for their arrival. They presented me with a delivery slip to sign. When I explained this to a very unpleasant delivery man, he was furious. I refused to sign and in the end they relented and dumped the boxes at the end of the garden. I then enjoyed dragging them to the other end, in pouring rain, with my children standing in rain and tripping in puddles. Let's hope the furniture makes up for the disappointing confrontational "delivery" service they provide!

Wayfair products are lovely and good quality. I've ordered three items, a white ornate framed mirror, a nest of tables and a large wood framed mirror to go over the mantel piece. The trouble is that the delivery company that Wayfair uses in my area is rubbish. The first item was supposed to arrive on a specified day, it didn't arrive. When I chased it up, no apologies, they just said it would arrive the next day, which it did. The packaging was dented on the corner, when I opened it the mirror frame was damaged. I took a photo of the damage and contacted Wayfair, but I also told them that due to the hassle with delivery I would keep the mirror - if I hung it right the damage wouldn't show. The nest of tables were delivered to a house about 5 doors down from mine, I don't know why since my name and address were clearly labelled on the package. The house owner's lodger took delivery, when the house owner arrived home he brought the package round. The final item I ordered on 11th August 2014 and was told AFTER PAYMENT that I would receive it at the beginning of October. I had a lot of work to do on my home, so on balance thought this would be fine. By the middle of October I hadn't received my mirror so contacted Wayfair, they couldn't trace it so ordered me another one. The confirmation email said I'd get it in January 2015, but within an hour I had a phone call saying this was incorrect and I would receive it on 17th November. It's 27th November, I've chased it twice and I still haven't had it, or any new estimate of when it will arrive, and I now just want my money back £86.83 plus any interest accrued over three and a half months. The products are lovely, but the delivery service is a disgrace and I won't be ordering from them again. I now wish I'd ordered through Amazon, their service is second to none and at least I would have had their back up.
