I ordered an armoire and bed frame both together and within 12 hours I decided not go with armoire because it is being available for 45% less on Amazon. Immediately I called Wayfair and told the person that i want to put a cancel order on the armoire and continue with the bedframe. She was nice and put a cancel order for me when I am on call and said I will be refunded. By the time of my calling I received only part of order which is bed frame only was shipped email notification so she said this cancel order will go through. But in the next 12 hours I received an item shipped an delivered notification for the armoire where i was shocked and surprised to see that because I didn't even get a shipped notification on it yet.And I didn't see it in my Lobby or infront of door nowhere. So I called Wayfair and told about not seeing this package he said give it a 6 days period since the delivery date. So I waited until 8 days and called he said ok I am putting a return order on it/ Cancel and we will transfer ur case to case manager and go from there. I said ok hoping to get my 350$ back. Later that evening I received a call form very far neighbors telling about my package lying there in their lobby. So i went i pick it ip, since I dont want it and dont want to give the wayfair loss, I called Wayfair and told them that this package is arraived several blocks down to my own and I had it carry it by my self without any heavy packages lifting tools and requested a refund. The lady was telling me I need to bear the return charges 100$ for returning it. I was so mad why should I bear the return charges the three people who spoke to me before they all said it will be a free return and now she is telling me my return fee is 100$. I genuinely felt taht I should have leave the package right there where it was delivered and take my money calmly from Wayfair. This is my first time business with Wayfair and worst worst nightmare ever. After all done and finally I fought with them that I dont pay return fee and all the manager said ok will refund full and i was happy as finally my 15 days frustration coming to end but I saw it was refunded as a store credit. AGAIN i had to call them and beg/ fight to refund it to my Credit card. So it took five phone calls and 16 days frustrating period to me along with carrying 177LBS package all by myself which is from half a Mile distance building. So guys, please save your time and mental helath from these nightmare business portal. Dont get caught in to depression tsunami by doing business with Them.

Brought a cat tree agreed a monthly plan to pay monthly for the item. Wayfair took full amount. Agreed to refund me several times. Then didn't. Then caused me bank charges. Just fobbing me off saying sorry for days. Then parcel never arrived when said. Refused to refund me. Told me k ow it's coming again in a few days. They just send out generic emails. Very bad service. Please don't use this company.

Put an order through on clear pay for 2 rugs; all confirmed their side and first payment was taken out…then low and behold Wayfairs website freezes, after attempting to refresh I came off of the website having returned to find that the order had not been placed and my money is in limbo! Having attempted to Re-order through Klarna/clear pay they are now telling me my credit profile isn’t good enough! Thanks very much wayfair!!! I’ve now got no rugs and cannot use clear pay to re-order them because of your terrible website! Having attempted to ring customer service it ultimately was like talking to a brick wall!

If I could give this RIP OFF company -10 I would! You only have to search online for the same product to realise this company are EXTORTIONATELY OVERCHARGING most of their products. For example Adelene Accent Shelf - £64. Found it again on their website listed under a different name for £112!!!! A quick online search and I found it for £19.99 free delivery on Manomano. WHY and HOW is this company getting away with such massive overinflated pricing? You will find thousands of duplicate items listed under different names, sometimes several listings with hugely varying costs for EXACTLY the same thing. It's DISGUSTING

Very disappointed!!! Ordered a duvet for my bed nearly a month ago. They claim it was in stock at the time the order was placed but all of a sudden it’s On back order. Meanwhile I can’t assemble anything in my room without it and the best that they could do was a 10% coupon. You get that just for signing up. That felt like an insult

who are these guys? what a bunch of crooks. Reading the sad experiences of others brings back the ghastly experience I had with them a few months ago - product not as described and then an horrendous saga trying to return and obtain a refund. Wonder how they stay in business. Feel sorry for customers services in the front line, and suspect the chief bananas raking in the money are out on golf courses while the minions take all the flak. Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered a table off Wayfair, was initially happy but realised the packaging was from another company. Google that product and realise it's a like for like table at half the price. Customer service advise to dismantle the table and ship back at own cost, so a £50 courier fee for their duplicity and false advertising? Absolute shambles

I’d like to give no stars. This company is a joke. Returning the product is a mission and they don’t make it easy. Who has access to a printer these days? They don’t provide Hermes QR codes so you can go and print this in store and talk you into picking it up by UPS and charge you an extra £10 to return something. No wonder it has a low rating, they don’t know how to run a business that caters to their customers and the user experience.

Ordered oak french doors which were left at wrong address half mile from my house.only available tel No for courier was a premium No. which had to be paid for.wayfair said they would contact them but it would take 3 days to get to my house. leaving oak interior doors outside wrapped in cardboard for 3 days is wrong.i.m a 70 year old man wrestling with extremely heavy doors and this i felt i was forced into and is not acceptable. disgusted with this service and not even an apology

I ordered an item showing as in stock and showing as same week delivery. After a month the item was still not even dispatched so I requested cancellation. The cancellation was refused because their tracking system shows item is somewhere in the warehouse. So now I have to wait for an investigation to compete before they refund me and insist that if the item is found it will still be shipped - I no longer have any interest and my order is no longer binding. They are breaching both their own T&C's and the Distance Selling Regulations. Glad I paid by PayPal. Time to open a dispute and it will be easy to win! What a garbage company. Never ordering again.

Uncaring profit obsessed rip off company they lied about collection and even writing to the CEO he didn’t give a toss either, I will never use them again shoddy goods and the worse customer service ever. Be aware.

My bad experience was more with the courier than Wayfaiur but theie response was note very helpful either. I purchase a wardrobe and the website said delivery from 25th March onwards, which gave me time to decorate and get my carpet laid. ON 9th March the wardrobe (flatpacked) was dumped outside my house. I am away from house until 16th March. I was not given a delivry date by the courier and now this wardrtobe has to sit outside my house (with rain forecast) until i am back on 16th. Wayfair's reply was they will look into it but as an internal process there will be no follow up for me. I will never use them again and I don't normally takje any notice of bad reviews, but i felt people had to know about this poor delivery and bad customer service.

I have been a customer for wayfair good services I experience nice crew. I have been a driver in the past for wayfair at Feltham shane was very horrible and rude to people in warehouse to the staff and threatening bullying tactics anyone and everyone. Don't no how became a manager.he needs to be sacked.

The Manager representing Wayfair at Feltham has no managment skills. He treats his staff like animals and his name is Shaine. I would not even treat my dog like this he is very rude and does not listen to a word anyone says. I also had another manager that works at Feltham telling me that no one likes him.

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered a dog bed on February 26th. It's now March 9 and my order still hasn't been processed. I've gotten no emails on the status of my order. I'm just about ready to cancel my order. It's a dog bed how hard can this be. I can't get any information about this from anyone. I paid $126.00 for this and I'm afraid if I cancel I'll never see my money.

I ordered a secretary desk from Wayfair, which was quite expensive at over £400. When it arrived there were two very large boxes, each containing the same half of the desk, so no way it could be assembled. I arranged for it to be returned and another sent - Yes, exactly the same again! It was collected again and I had a text message from the courier saying they could only deliver one box as they did not yet have the other. I asked them to keep it until they had both boxes. Today they have for the third time delivered the same two boxes, each containing the same half of the desk. I rang and asked if I could speak to a manager who might be able to sort the problem out but was told that was not possible. I have now asked for a refund and given up. I am 70 and these boxes are extremely heavy and I just can’t face struggling to repack everything again. I have not had even one response to the emails I have sent them. I shan’t ever buy from Wayfair again. What a disgraceful company. Their directors should be ashamed!

I have been trying to get a refund since the first week of January 22. Every time I ask wayfair I get a response it will take 3/5 days. It’s now March 7th still no refund. I have asked for a call back from wayfair, no response. Shocking service.

I ordered a Wardrobe around 10 pm and wanted to cancel it early next morning. They kept the status on pending for quite sometime until the order was shipped and I had to pay return shipping. I ordered another item last night and realized it will be too small for the room. Again I cancelled the order next morning and experiencing the same tactics. This seems unethical and unprofessional. I bought a small corner cabinet. At first, the description stated "solid wood" cabinet" and now I see that it has been changed to "High-quality MDF board." (after I placed my order) Well, It is NOT solid wood nor a high-quality MDF board. It is a very low-quality MDF board. Also, when assembled, there was a 1/2" gap from the door to the frame with no room to adjust. It is not worth $240. I am really disappointed at the false advertising, especially coming from Wayfair, a place I trusted. It is sad that Wayfair is backing these types of sellers. Quantity vs quality. Never shopping at Wayfair again. (I attempted several times to leave this same review under the item I purchased on Wayfair website but they did post it...selective reviews..be aware)
