“Wish I could put zero I would please don't be taken in by the new summer drink showing with strawberries. What you get is a plastic cup filled with ice with strawberry juice n ????apple juice or something. Very weak children disappointed. Never again.”

“I had a latte in Dee dees in the range chester it was like drinking warm milk when I asked if the coffee machine was working right I was told latte is the weakest coffee da I have never been told that before and lattes in other coffee shops taste of coffee”

“I am in here every week and I'm so fed up with them never washing the tables. Last week a little girl sneezed and wiped it all over the table with her hand. That family left and another sat there. I thought if only you knew what's all over the table. I rarely see anyone cleaning. I am sitting here now at a dirty table . Also, they run out of things and don't replace them for weeks on end . I like the love bars, but only the fruity one. They've not had them for weeks now, on ly the other flavours.”

“Always call for a coffee after work And alway greeted with a big smile and great service i wish i knew your names girls all i can say is one is leaving for a teaching job [we wish u well] and one is off on holiday to see family I wonder what our coffees will be like with out u girls Wish you all the best”

“It took over 20 minutes to be served. We ordered small americanos, we ended up with large. Toilet male and female discussing, should be cleaned on a more regular basis. Struggled with the smell and trying to get toilet paper off my feet. Discussing. Sort it out.”

“Quick service but served shoddily, handed me a drink spilt that spilt and didn't apologise for that, store isn't the cleanest and there's an unhealthy amount of flies around the produce.”

“I was today at 17:14pm I wanted to buy lemon cake, there were two girls one is blond one with black hair , they start talking then one of them said sorry we are closed It is supposed to close at 17:30 not 17:14 and it was take away Be aware about your stuff and obliged then to be professional This is in JD centre huddersfield Costa coffee. You loose your customers with this behaviour.”

“Costa in Great Yarmouth looks great. However, the staff is slow and they prefer to talk to each other instead to speed up making coffee and ordering. Especially in the morning Sunday service with two people in the queue waiting time for coffee was far to slow.”

“Hi, i just wanted to complain about one of your staff member at the Birmingham new street station named Tyne who was not only rude but abusive to me. It all started when I miss ordered cookie cream instead of coffee cream. She said ‘go to starbuks’ we don’t have a cookie cream. I told her maybe not but you don’t have to be rude. She went on to say i will do whatever i want to do. Go complain to whoever! She was rude, loud and disrespectful. The worst customer facing person i have seen in the UK. Please make sure that your staff are trained well.”
