“My wife and I have been Costa customers for many years. Our visit to Sleaford today was a particularly good experience. A smile and a wave from Vicky was our welcome.
The speed of making and serving the coffee was very quick, as usual. The tables were all kept clear and wiped quickly by Harrison, when customers finished their visit.

“We went to the Leeds trinity Costa store, the place was quite busy, which working in retail I understand, I ordered 2 lattes, plus food, the food was ready long before the drinks, but what I hate more than anything is when they don't place the cup catching the coffee directly under, only one side was going in the cup, the other was going directly down the waste tray, I've told your baristas before about it, only to get an annoyed look from them, this needs sorting.”
“I'm in asda Llantrisant just ordered two coffees and one teacake in costa the teacake was dry only two butters given so asked for another had to pay 55p for it so all in all came to over ten pounds also the lady that served me with glasses was miserable from start to finish”
“I’m a regular customer at this particular West Ealing @costacoffee, and I feel very sorry for this lady and her 3-year-old autistic son who had a bad experience on October 26th, 2023. They were discriminated against because of her autistic son, who was called a 'naughty boy' and a 'bad boy'. He can’t defend himself, so his mom stepped in, and the manager Alexandra couldn’t handle it. As a result, his mom was banned from this Costa franchise. Alexandra called the police because this lady and her son didn’t want to leave the shop immediately, which was over the line. Alexandra only made her son even more frustrated when the police arrived. It was absolutely disgusting behavior from the manager! Since Alexandra started managing this particular Costa, everything has gone downhill. She is moody, never smiles, and is not friendly. In general, you feel like you are in Alexandra’s way. I wish the lady and her son all the best and a warm welcome in other coffee shops where they don’t discriminate against customers.”

“Costa coffee riverside tesco dundee. The were short staffed so tbere were no cups. Jad to suffer sitting down to a carry out paper cup. Not the best wayto drink coffee its not the same as a cup.
It was terrible like drinking liquorice. Costa now owned by Coka cola.

“Visited Cheltenham branch in Corinthian way (by BMW). First time visit! Great coffee, absolutely spotless and served by a smashing young lad called Scott with a beaming smile!”
“Costa, East Port, Dunfermline. The toulet is out of order AGAIN for rhe third time in 2 months. It is absolutely unacceptable. GET A PLUMBER OUT IMMEDIATELY. The store has already lost most of its regulars and is in danger of losing more if this issue is not resolved IMMEDIATELY.”
“Awarded one star because it wouldn't allow me to review without a rating. Just called into Costa Coffe in Bowness for a drink. Whilst my colleague purchased the drinks I went to use the bathroom . What a state it was in. Blocked, smelly and water?? all over the floor. Absolutely disgraceful. When I asked the staff if I could use the upstairs bathroom because of the state of the downstairs toilet they said no it was closed off. I reported to them the state of the downstairs toilet you'd have thought I was speaking in foreign language, not one of them went to look and close it off. Total disinterest. For a holiday destination and the fact they weren't even busy, be ashamed of yourselves.”

Why does every Costa overfill a Flat White to the point it becomes a latte. Have none of the 'Barista' staff ever questioned the quality of the Flat white they give out? All other coffee outlets, pubs etc serve it in smaller cups, McDonald's has a flat white size cup! Shame on you soo called coffee experts drowning this drink into nothing but dishwasher. You might even save yourselves some expenses on the overuse of milk!”
