“Very good customer service the second time around. First interaction wasn’t that great, but the second rep reconciled the situation with understanding. Not giving 5 stars because both X-Force mods I ordered were faulty. This is really a reflection on the SMOK company though, that’s why I’m still giving Electric Tonacconist 4stars.”

“Great prices and fast shipping. Quality of third-party pods can be hit and miss but I recognize that this problem is not with ET itself. I will continue to be a customer of Electric Tobaccnist for my Juul and Juul-compatible pods.”

“I actually believed this site wasn't legit but there's just too many reviews!! I ordered alot of pods and got them a week from when I ordered, shipping is very nice, I like that they provide a tracking number, and that they didn't mess up my order (which is common on many internet sites). I would definitely buy from ET again....”

“The pods I bought taste burnt after 2 puffs on them. I emailed ET and they responded with some tips to clean my juul when that didnt work they credited my account so I was able to replace them.”

“They have a variety of different products available. But my suggestion to them is that they should highlight the product to user's whose Nicotine level is higher may be higher than 5mg. Because I mistakenly bought the product containing 18mg thinking that it is 1.8mg.”
