“On my first order I needed to rely on customer support, which at first was a bad sign. However the support team was able to quickly resolve my issue, and I have continued to make my purchases with them.”

“Probably not this company's fault but I've had several of the pods leak. I'd say at least 1 pod out of every pack. Not pleasant getting a mouth full of nicotine.”

“Ordered 5 of the zip pods for juul, and was very satisfied with not only the product but how quickly it came. They say on their website that it ships the same day as long as the order is in by 4pm and true to their word it did. The shipping prices are quite reasonable only 3$ for priority shipping. My only complaint is that one of the pods was leaking pretty badly. However out of the 16 opened so far only one has leaked. Already recommended this site to a few people.”

“Have ordered twice, both equipment and juice. Only had one problem with a small juice bottle. Not enough of a problem to make a difference though. Great products and great prices”

“To be fair I've had a decent experience with this company. The product is a fair price, and for some folks like me tax is negligible. However the USPS delivery times are very unstable. Some days my shipment arrives in a 2-3 days, and other time it takes almost a week. (I live in the bay area of California)”

“So far so good !i use the PHIX vape Hoping all my pods work correctly this time around I love the cool grape Last order I had two pods that were unable to preform correctly which was definitely a bummer as I had to wait to reorder for my new ones! I typically order cool grape since I love the flavor and they don’t leak like the other square shaped pods Thanks”
