“ORDER 10 OR 15 AT A TIME. ALWAYS HAVE 2 OR 3 FILTERS THAT DO NOT WORK. EXPENSIVE!!!”

“Are used to order from them all the time and now they’re so slow at delivering shipments I’ve been waiting and waiting for them to get their stuff together for about a year now and every month the delivery date is longer and longer I’m tired of the excuses about the law and having people having to sign for their packages they need to get their stuff together and stop passing the buck to other companies for doing a poor job delivering their product”

We appreciate your concern in this situation. We want all of our customers to know that we are constantly working with our current courier to improve their service as well as delivery times. At this juncture, this is our best option whilst facing the coming loss of USPS. That being said, we are always looking for ways to supplement our shipping carrier in complete compliance with the PACT Act along with other state and federal regulations. Thank you for your continued patience as we overcome difficulties presented by the mandates currently in place.

“These guys are ALWAYS on point. I’ve been using them for 2 years. The ONE mistake they ever made they sent me what I ordered without any returns and RMAs and making it as difficult on the customer as possible for a $10 pack of coils. I love them! Will use them as long as I can! All customer service should be this great! A+++++++++!!!!!!!!”

“Its unfortunate these change in events, I've been using you guys for years and always had a great experience and you always had what I needed. Now many items, parts that I need to run devices, and juices that I like are no longer available. Either in general or only certain types or varieties. I understand its not the company's fault if the FDA doesn't approve some of the brands therefore can no longer stock them, its just a bit aggravating. I will still be a user and customer of the company but I will have to start using different items and juices because the ones I used to get are not obsolete from this company, but I trust you guys so I'll figure this one out...”
