I wish I could give zero stars. Never received my order and they say they have a confirmed delivery. $35 for a lunch I never received. Grubhub answer “were sorry” that doesn’t fix it. I’ll never use them again. Door dash has never been a problem. Grubhub is useless what a rip off.

They keep taking orders (money) and then delaying orders by that time, tge restaurant is closed! Then when you try to get your money back, they give you a hard time! A lawsuit needs to be filed against this company!

I orderd food yesterday fron el bronco taco truck.el bronco is one of my favorites, butt I usually pick it myself. Before I placed the order .the grub hub app saide 40 to 50 minites.wheni placed the order @ 3pm the eta for my food said 4:09- 4:20,@3:00 el bronco called my to say your food is ready no driver has come yet. They told me to call grub hub,they applied. And said we will try to get you another driver. Now my order eta changed to5:09-5:25.i called grub hub again. Got A very nice lady last who kept on appolligzing, she put me threw to a manager Liam o who was absolutely no help . The food was still not even picked up yet.i told him the food will be ice cold by the time I get it.i told him do you like eating cold food his response was yes I do.i thought that was rude even though he saide it nice .he gave me a $7 dollar credit for my next order which i will never be using your app again. My food finally arrived at 4:45.i didn't take it out on the driver because it was very cold outside I gave $20 tip.my food was ice cold.and it wasn't the restaurants fault. SHAME ON YOU GRUB HUB. Worst experience ever!!!!! Half the time Grubhub drivers can't even deliver my order to the right house and the other half of time they can't keep their promises or offer logical solutions to people's problems like actually going through with the grubhub guaranteed promise they have!!! I just had to wait 2 hours for freezing cold pizza, and they refused to cancel my order before a driver was even assigned and then I was told to contact them if my order was late to get my grubhub guaranteed promise and when I did they STILL refused to refund me! This whole company is absolute garbage!!!

So today I said, lemme try a different delivery app besides Door dash and i landed at Grub hub. But to my experience, this is the worst delivery app in the world you can ever find. Avoid it!

I’d give zero stars if that was a possibility. Complete robbery if you order from the wrong store. Won’t give you your money back because the store “started working on the order.” Doesn’t matter if you won’t make it there before they close, they STILL won’t do the justice on giving you your money back. I am on a fixed income, and cannot spend an additional $40+ on dinner tonight for me and my family. When I hung up the second time after hearing again no refund, they called back to again say “sorry… we can’t refund your money back” I replied “Yeah, I heard you the first time. You guys are complete a**holes! Thanks for f**king me over!” Guess we’ll be going to bed with no dinner tonight.

I won't be ordering from GrubHub anymore, they service is terrible and its hard to contact the customer service. Then they try to give you a $5 credit instead of refunding your money.

Absolute garbage company not only will the let drivers pick through your order they will refuse to refund it as well sometimes no one will pick the order up and they still keep your money. Someone should starts lawsuit for how much money they scam out of the people that use the app.

I have spent so much money on Grubhub and there has been a handful of times that I had missing items. Grubhub always made it right but I guess after some magical number of THEM not getting my order correct I must suffer and I get denied my $4 refund because they didn’t bring my soda with my order. I have video footage of it and they still just say sorry no refund because of this invisible number we the consumers are never told about. What is $4 over how much I spend and losing a customer. It’s simply ridiculous

Terrible experience. For the first time I downloaded the app, ordered the food. The delivery driver called for the code. I gave him. The next thing I see is my food not there. He placed in somewhere else. I called the customer service and they say due to the code, it’s considered successful. No refund, no offer for free re order. All I got was “sorry” but in our end it’s done. Terrible 😡😡😡😡

On the app our order kept being delayed. We ordered at 5pm, and the estimated delivery time changed all the way to 7:12pm. We never received a reason for the delay nor were we notified the issue was they didn’t have a driver to deliver. We waited patiently until 6:33 to only get a message saying our order was cancelled due to a delivery issue. We would have gone to pick it up ourselves if we had known! We called the restaurant to see if we could pick up the order and pay for it there since we got a refund. But they said they couldn’t do that. So we made another order, had to wait another 40min just to pick it up! Very frustrating! The grub hub system is ridiculous. You can’t get proper support on the app, and see specific details on your order, can’t leave a review.

My order was 2 hours late. I wanted it to be canceled as my hot food was sitting and cold for 2 hours. They said "rest assured our drivers carry hot bags to keep your food hot". I asked if they also carried microwaves to reheat my food up so that their hot bags would keep my food hot.

GrubHub is like ca gov and our senator 100% corrupted when a company is sued 4 times or more that should be enough red flags. The pay is getting as low as $3 to $10 like postmates was when it first started 2024 of December I google searched and AI searched GrubHub pay it actually stated $5.18 an hour

This company should not be supported. They refuse to give a refund even if they see the error instead they offer credit which means you have to purchase something else from them. The staff is not trained properly and you the customer is forced to deal with the consequences. They should be ashamed of themselves.
