I ordered through GrubHub and then watched the tracker pass by my house then stop. I looked out the window, they were there and then they drove off with no food and noticed that they went to another address before coming back late.

It’s hit or miss! You cannot count on an order actually arriving! Placed an order and an hour and a half later, after being told the order was delayed… was told that the order was canceled. Ordered from another restaurant and the same thing happened! So 3 hours later… no food! Unacceptable service when I pay a monthly fee for GrubHub! Canceled service and would not recommend to anyone that truly depends on a delivery service!

I wish there was a negative star option. This is my second time using Grubhub. First time a slice of pizza was missing from the box. Second time my $100 order was never delivered. You are better off just going and picking up your meal. Say no to Grubhub!!!

Why would I want to eat cold food? I live two blocks from Jimmy's Diner and it takes you guys 40 minutes to deliver? NEVER AGAIN

GrubHub doesn't deserve any stars. There horrible. They keep messing up my orders. My frozen coffee wasn't even frozen. I didn't ask for white cheese on my crossant. It was disgusting. I couldn't even eat it. My toddlers hash browns were very burnt. She didn't eat it either. This is terrible service.

Ordered food from Firebirds and an hour later and $65.00 the chicken was dropped off cold! Called the driver 4 minutes after he left(which is what they instruct you to do) and he wouldn’t answer. Long story short, spoke to grub hub and they wouldn’t refund my money. I had spent over $1,000 in last 2 months with them. Shitty service, terrible company. I deleted their app and will never use again.

If you are ordering from Brooklyn NY, using Grubhub and tracking your order like I did and the delivery persons name is Tiffania be careful because you might not get your order. If your order can be picked up from restaurant and driver goes maybe a block or two from restaurant and sit for 10 minutes obviously they are having a nice lunch (my lunch my granddaughters lunch) nice people working for Grubhub taking someone else’s food. Order directly from the restaurant not through Grubhub, customer service horrible and all they do is give you 60 days unlimited free delivery. That’s how much they care about their customers. So remember the name Tiffania, you’ll never get your order. Track your order

I ordered my food from rally at a little after nine. Why do you promise a time then change it. An hour and a half for fast food! I would not have bothered at near two hours!🤬

Nightmare using Grubhub Called and ordered a Marcos pizza…. Waited and waited and waited when it didn’t show up I called GrubHub back and they lied to me telling me the order was delivered to a wrong residence. I called the Marcos pizza where the order was placed and they did not have any records. The lady taking my order appeared very incompetent and I had to repeat things multiple times. I believe that they charged me the wrong price and that’s why the order was never placed. So instead of calling me to advise of this they decided not to place the order and forget about it. This was my first experience with GrubHub I will never use them again. I called back and filed a complaint and it was very apparent that Grubhub employees are all sub par…..

ZERO STARS. We are a pizzeria and partnered with Grubhub months ago. I canceled because I was not happy with their ordering/confirming system. They called again saying they changed and so we tried them again this past August. However, we just canceled again because they allowed a customer who placed a $50 order to cancel the order 12 minutes after I confirmed the order (already in the kitchen / almost ready to go out) due to a "change of plans" then proceeded to charge my restaurant $70.01 to reimburse the customer! Not only did they waste our food, they charged us for it! plus tips and processing fees. Wasted my time by having to call GrubHub to get the reimbursement and proceed to charge me a processing fee on an order that Grubhub allowed to be cancelled. (so I didn't get the full reimbursement. THEY MADE ME PAY FOR MY OWN FOOD) Now that I've canceled, they continuously call my store even though I've told them many times there is nothing to talk about being that I've canceled for a reason!!! They are nasty and rude, disrespectful to my business and employees. GRUBHUB SUCKS.

Grubhub is way overpriced. You'll end up paying more than double of what you paid for the food (which is also marked up in price already on their site). They do have a Grubhub+ service though. Surely that fixes things, right? No. You pay extra money every month to get "free delivery", when in reality you're knocking off maybe a fraction of the extra they steal from your wallet. Also to get the benefits you have to purchase a certain amount of food. Want something light from one place? Too bad, screw you, buy more if you want to enjoy the benefits of a service you already pay extra for. There is no way to tip after a delivery. I assume they already pay their drivers, so really you shouldn't be needing to tip at all given how terribly overpriced it already is (unless they underpay their drivers, in which case mark another thing against them). Absolutely terrible. Avoid Grubhub, and especially avoid their nonsense Grubhub+ service. You get no benefits from it. It is almost stealing.

I ordered in New Port Richey FL using Grub hub for an order from Vampire Penguin l; I left notes for the driver to please knock on the door and leave the order on a red chair by my house door. The driver must not have read my notes, but in fact they must have in order to know the gate code to get into my housing area😑 Anyway, they never knocked, so...My frozen ice melted, and...they left my order on the ground, next to a bag of trash I had by my front door, rather than placing it on the chair as instructed 😑 I reached out to the driver and expressed what occurred, they said they are not permitted to knock unless asked. Well, I did ask! They obviously did not take the whole 45 seconds needed to properly read my notes😡😠😠 I wish I knew that drivers name...They owe me an extra large frozen snow from Vampire Penguin! When I contacted GrubHub about my order being over 30 minutes late, I was told that it had been delivered. I informed them that it most certainly was not delivered, Carmen, the customer service rep, told me she cancelled my order and she would send me a link so that I could subscribe to GrubHub. I explained that I did not want a subscription, that I wanted my order. I asked her to reinstate the order and she told me that she could not do that. Such horrible customer service and rudeness. If you hungry, do not order through Grub Hub. When I went onto their website to apply for their guarantee, it said that since my order was cancelled I did not qualify! Such a scam!!!! They never have to stand behind their guarantee because if you complain, they will cancel the order!

I would not recommend using Grubhub for anything. We ordered from Panda Express and for not apparent reason we got an email saying our order was cancelled. We called the restaurant, confirmed the order again before contacting a representative at Grubhub. The man said he called and confirmed with the restaurant that our order was processed again and that it was ready to be picked up. He told me that he would have a driver pick it up and it would be delivered in 20 minutes. After an hour went by I called the restaurant again to see if the order had been picked up. They said it was still sitting there ready. I called Grubhub again and they told me that they did not have a driver to pick it up and that they have no control over the drivers. I asked why the man before told me that he was sending a driver and we would have our food within 20 minutes if they had no control over their drivers. She instructed us that our food, that had been sitting there for an hour and a half at this point could be picked up. She put me on hold and said she called the restaurant but she did not call them. Not one but two representatives lied to me. This was the worst experience and I will never order from them again. They weren't even going to tell us that our food was not on it's way and were not going to refund the money until I had to get ugly with them. They are unprofessional.

Driver was given wrong order told us to call grubhub to get driver to come back to get correct order. When I called grubhub they put me on hold while they supposedly called the driver just to tell us the driver is not answering the phone so they will refund me my money. $62 worth of food I didn't get AND I have to wait 3 days for the money to get back on my card. Will never use doordash again

Gift card ordered by a friend as a get-well present for us was nonfunctional, website representative refuses to help, says "Internal Department" will get back within 48 hours -- guess we'll politely starve until then. Never ever use these people, just order delivery or pick it up yourself if the restaurant doesn't deliver. Terrible terrible terrible.
