I never used grub hub before first timer It seemed promising driver called said was leaving the place I said ok meet you outside let's just say I got an refund first called driver no answer. Got an text a aying food still on way I'm still waiting so basically I'm under believe that driver left food someone took off with it site said delivered or it never was delivered or possibly still on way again remind you I'm still waiting and seen uber eats delivered an order Save your self the headache DO NOT ORDER FROM GRUB HUB BAD BAD BAD FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Worse service EVER. Next time they send someone smart enough to look at the numbers on a home before they just drop it off anywhere. Or maybe he just got hungry and kept it for himself because none of the neighbors who I have known for the past 3-4 years seem to know what I’m talking about when I went looking.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order for a gift to a family member. Received a weird text from the driver and then they left. No further information or how to resolve the issue. I finally asked what happened and the driver said to call GrubHub. I was told the restaurant just never received my order. They don’t care. First and last time I’ll ever use them.

I placed an order the day before I needed the food. Day of i recieved a text that the order would be about 30 minutes late. And then I received a call that the order was cancelled due to the restaurant. This was for a work functioni, and this is the 2nd time that Grub Hub has done this to me. I placed the same order with Uber Eats and it was delivered 20 minutes later.

They claim to have delivered and no product Further investigation showed that the driver was 4 doors away and did not call the cell provided order ended up cancelled Tracking on second attempt said order was 5 minutes away before it was suddenly cancelled with no explanation and no way to contact driver

Very rude delivery drivers were sitting in the restaurant as we sat down complaining. Loudly.. they could be heard throughout the entire restaurant. I assure you I will never use GrubHub services in this area if that is how their staff Acts this was also on Valentine's night

The delivery times will say 25 minutes but once you order, you will ALWAYS get a “delayed” message and your order will take 1-2 hours. Yes 1-2 hours. Terrible!

Bad service,delivered service is bad drive when leave my food by the mail box🤦‍♀️Bad customer service.refund still waiting never received .never order from them is the bad service their drivers is bad service to delivery your food

I ordered 14 pieces xl pizza from chuck cheese. I received 10 pieces. I took a picture and I will get to the bottom of it. If any of my children get sick from eating this pizza I will sue.

I ordered a happy meal for my child at 7:20 and immediately received a response that the driver would have it to my house by 8:01. The time then got changed to 8:14 and then a new driver moved my order to 8:54. The sad part is how do you explain to a child why their food is taking so long. Needless to say I canceled my account with GrubHub

It seems it's not bad enough that it's fairly rare to have an on-time, less than ice cold meal that the driver actually delivers to your door, when ordering from Grubhub. Or that the fees have sky rocketed. Or that any time something goes wrong, Grubhub just tells you to call the restaurant. Or that no matter how egregious the blunder, the only "customer service" answer is to offer a discount on a subscription to the service that isn't working for you. Even with all that, I sadly trusted that Grubhub could deliver an important business lunch from the restaurant to my office directly across the street (it was a rare day in the office, clients coming for meetings and no one available to pick the food up). I ordered (and paid) 24 hours in advance and received a confirmation that I'd have lunch delivered the next day at 12pm. 30 minutes before 12, I got a text saying lunch would be delivered between 12 and 12:10pm. And at 12:10pm with an office full of hungry clients, I got a text saying my order was canceled and I had been refunded. I had no choice but to leave the meetings, and walk across the street to the restaurant to find out what had happened, and candidly, beg for the food. When I got there the restaurant was slow and the manager said he had not received any order but he would be happy to make the lunches. While I waited for the restaurant to prepare the food, my phone rang. It was an employee of Grubhub saying that the restaurant wasn't taking orders, that's why my order was canceled. I told the gentleman that I was in the restaurant and that they were indeed taking orders and currently making my food, and that I was very upset. He hung up on me (in fairness to him, I may have said... after being lied to..."this is bullsh#!"). This feels more like the Russian mafia than a service I (countless times) paid a premium for. Complete lack of commitment, loyalty or honesty is something that I and hundreds of thousands of others experience daily with this terrible company. I've finally deleted the Grubhub app after complaining to a "customer service" rep (where I declined the oh-so-tempting subscription discount). I will not go back to Grubhub. Ever. Ever... ever ever ever.
