I had a frustrating experience with GrubHub. They added an extra item to my order without my consent, and there was no confirmation before I placed it. When I tried to get a refund before the order was prepared, they refused. This lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable. I recommend others avoid using GrubHub to prevent similar issues. Their practices could catch you off guard, so think twice before trusting them.

We did a test. We ordered from the McDonald's a few blocks away. Exact same order, exact same time, from both GrubHub and Uber Eats. The order from Uber eats got here in 11 minutes. Food was hot. We ordered over an hour ago and the GrubHub driver was just assigned to the cold food that's been sitting there for 45+ minutes, and he's 25 minutes from our location. It's so bad it's funny. I get this for FREE and I'm cancelling.

They stole $45 worth of money from me. I watched the driver drive all the way here and then for the delivery picture she put her finger over the camera so I could not see the food being placed. Grubhub will not do anything for me at all and will not tell me why. Grubhub is the worst and I will not be using them ever again and will be telling others that too.

There was an order that was never picked up, so I had a hard time trying to reach GrubHub & when I finally did I was supposed to receive a refund... Almost 2 months later & never did. They will scam

Waited close to an hour and 40 minutes for an order, never waited that long with any other delivery service. Food was lukewarm once delivered, I am sure the restaurant would be disappointed to hear that their food was treated in such a manner as I'm sure the order sat for a while once completed. Contacted customer service only to be told that there was traffic along the delivery route; no such thing. Won't use this service again.

They are very consistent at bringing the wrong items and making pay for it. if you ask for a refund for their mistake, the answer is no!! DoorDash is way better than their bad customer service. They delivered wrong items to me repeatedly and wanted one to keep them even though those were the wrong items with less quantity in them. What do they expect customers to do?? My last order I told the driver not to bring any substitutes for the items I order from Safeway. He did it anyways even after I send him a text not to do it. I order amount of the product and he brought me less for the same price!!! What kind of scams they are running?? Stay away from these people and you’ll save time and money!!

Driver stole food tried talking to customer service and they ended chat so out of money and food. If you even look at their Facebook page they filter out bad comments

I ordered at 3:50pm, My delivery time has constantly changed and is now set for 4:47pm-5:02 pm MORE than an hour after I ordered. IF they don't have delivery drivers available then they should not be taking peoples money for food they can't deliver. It's called THEFT.

Food sat at Wendy's for over 2 hours on counter because drivers weren't available! My frosty was warm water and Grub Hub refused to refund my money, only offered credits for future orders! I told them I will not order from them again but still would not refund $60 for 3 orders from Wendy's! Never again!

It’s absolutely absurd that you, grub hub, allow prices to be charged at 30% higher than actual menu prices. Not worth it. Will never use grub hub again

Back office staff doesn't know to count. Or read Invoice. I have attached the receipt send by grubhub. Please do the total yourself and let me know how is their Gen Z doing their work . After doing the calculations all Restaurants owner should be off from platform. Apart from heavy commission this is my paycheck from grubhub a negative money. Our overall profit is 20%. Their commission is 30% plus this blunder from their side. Why I should be on platform if I don't make money in fact I pay grubhub as loan shark.

Horrible customer service. I ordered something that is already pre-made but hot. They assigned a driver 45 minutes away from the restaurant and it took about 1.5hrs. I get it, they must of not had many drivers etc. But I wish there was somehow I would know that before I've committed to the order. Also when my food was delivered cold the customer service just added a 5 dollar credit and closed the chat. I'm a pretty easy person to get along with but this system needs some fine tuning.

Horrible experience. The delivery was 45 minutes late. The delivery time changed about 4 times. I tracked the driver on the app and he was just going up and down for 1 hour 15 minutes. Drivers are not professional as well

The delivery driver refused to give me my food. I texted her (the driver) and told her I was standing in front of the door waiting for her, when she arrived she refused to hand over the food, even after I told her my name. My neighbor had to tell her I’m me. When called customer service they did not do anything.

They are the worst delivery company in my town 1.5 hours for a Taco Bell order. Slow and could care less. Avoid them in Anderson Indiana!

I just got $70 stolen by Grubhub. They won’t refund or reorder the order or anything. No credits or anything. Do not use their app. It’s not worth it. I called and asked them to call the driver and they said nothing can be done. I called a real person for support too and they said the same thing. I had specifically chosen meet at door to avoid this and they did not meet at the door and did not post a picture of where the food was left and they would not answer my calls.

If I could leave zero I would GrubHub sucks when it's app messes up and makes you order more than you need or drops your stuff they will not help you at all

I'm really sad. I ordered food last night. Everyone forgot about me. Grub hub and senor Lopez in sapulpa. I called them and there sat my order. They said I could come and get it after it had been sitting there. Grub hub offered me $5 off my next order. Five whole dollars. Laughable. Senior Lopez didn't even offer me any reparation except to tell me it wasn't their fault. Someone couldn't called me. Finally after the restaurant closed I called them. I'm eating at El tequila from now on. Better food anyway and nicer people!
