One order chared three time from PAYPAL,CUSTOMER SEVRICE never agian sack shiiioot moving on save your hard earned money now a days order from a place that delivers going to my Attorney for stealing money fro. My account that wasn't AUTHORIZED HER name was EJ!!!CUSTOMER SEVICE REP AND HUNG UP ON A VETERAN OF US ARMY NOT GOOD!!

I placed my order at 6 pm. It was not sent to the store by my location. It was sent to a store clear across town. They started making my order at 6 the driver didn't even get there to pick up till an hour and a half later. If my order was sent to correct store I would of received hot food. The food I received was cold since it sat for an hour and a half before even being picked up.

Grubhub has been taking money out of my account for a couple months now and I've never signed up with them. It's been a nightmare trying to get this fixed. I have no idea how they got my card number.

Unless you order from a chain, there's a good chance you will wait 45 minutes only to have your order cancelled. Customer service is generally not very helpful. If you have more than one address on file, sometimes it will send the delivery to the one you didn't select. Then they will argue with you even as they are looking at a map that clearly shows the street name does not match the delivery address. Do not recommend.

I AM DISABLED, HAVE GIVEN VERY CLEAR, EASY INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELIVERIES. DRIVERS CONTINUE TO IGNORE THOSE INSTRUCTIONS, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO RETRIEVE MY ORDERS WITHOUT ASKING NEIGHBORS FOR HELP. HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT GRUBHUB BY PHONE, AND RESTAURANTS HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY CANNOT ENSURE THAT DRIVERS READ/UNDERSAND THE INSTRUCTIONS. IF THIS DOESN'T CHANGE, WILL COMPLAIN TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE LOCAL OFFICE OF ADA COMPLIANCE. ( DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE "COMPANY" REFERRED TO BELOW IS: THE RESTAURANT/ GRUBHUB?)

Never delivered.. then redid the order it was over a half hour late and they won’t refund my money even though no one ate because it was so late at that point.

Twice I ordered from Streets Fine Chicken. Twice they did not bring the food I had ordered. I have had it with them.

The order never showed up and the picture was blank. When I reached out to customer Service all they did was cancel my order refund me and then give me 60 days free delivery when I already have free delivery! It’s like he didn’t even want to fix the issue. The other resolution was to have me wait over another hour for a new order to be delivered. I should have never trusted this food service. Instacart has never screwed up this bad nor has DoorDash. Shame on me for using a service I had free. I guess that’s why it was free delivery for prime members.

What a horrible experience. Order and pay for lunch with a 30-50 minute eta. After one and a half hours I call only to find out the driver has not even accepted the order. Put on hold for 27 minutes before a rep (obviously off shore) that offers delivery another 1 hour wait for a pizza .please use a different source for your delivery

This company has a bad habit of delivering late or outright canceling your order. Leaving you to wait 3-5 business days to even get your money back. Poor business. Grubhub took my money and then text me they have to cancel due to no drivers?!?! It’s what makes them a company! Their drivers! Deleting thier app today!! 🫤

I have had a grub hub account for several months. I have never once been able to use it It only ever says no restaurants are open. I live inside city limits with plenty of open restaurants. They just lie

Very hinky system. Have had multiple orders either not be right now just not come at all and had to be cancelled. Yes, they’ve tried to make good but after multiple times enough is enough. Fix your algorithm. Small towns close everything out when there isn’t drivers by saying no one available. I felt ignored by the employees of this company because I know people were sitting there looking at it. And because I added a custom tip, mind you over 4 dollars wasn’t sufficient for the dinglebarries who were online.

Every time I order later than 10pm, I have to wait until morning to actually get my food delivered. Support is completely useless, my driver accepted my order and then went to bed or something but wasn't moving for over an hour and they couldn't even get me another driver or cancel my order. My order wasn't even that big, it was 2 energy drinks and a pint of ice cream. I'm convinced that their drivers are stealing from me. GrubHub, get a better delivery system

I have been using Grubhub for quite a few years and I can say the service is getting worse!!!! What’s so bad about it they try to make it hard for you to get a resolution on my order and today 08/11/2024 I had my order delivered to the wrong address twice within an hour of ordering and when I got on the chat; they were sorry I had that experience and they tried to make it my fault!!! I’ve been at the same address for 7 years and I know they have a history showing they’ve been delivering to that address. They won’t refund me but have given me a credit for 30 days. Will if I can’t trust your drivers to deliver now; how can I trust them to deliver when it’s me using a credit for something I ordered and never got? This company really needs to consider the people they are hiring and how they train them. I want a full refund and no excuses. What happened was wrong on so many levels. Grubhub make it right!!!

I placed an order for the first time today through GrubHub for the habit I left specific instructions for the driver to hand. The order to me left my front door open with the screen closed so I could hear the driver pull up. He didn’t even bother to knock on my door, left the food on my doorstep took a picture and sent it to me Neighborhood cats got into my order I have tried every possible means of contacting GrubHub about this and there’s no place to complain about your order or to share reviews about your driver lesson learned. I paid $58 for food. I couldn’t even eat never again don’t order through GrubHub unless you wanna be screwed .

The driver was an hour away and still accepted my order to deliver. Food was cold when finally delivered. They refused to give me a refund so I am filing a small claims case against them and sending a press release announcing the claim. They should be held accountable for literally taking money when they have no intention of honoring the terms of delivery. I even paid for priority delivery and still didn't get the food.
