“Made first purchased at 4pm today...after 20 minutes later my order was canceled. I had to re ordered again second time at a different restaurant...I was notify driver is at the restaurant picking up my order then few minutes after it notifies me my order got cancelled. For the third time re-ordering of the day...and it is 6pm I placed an order again...driver went pick up food...and 45 minutes after I got a message saying my order had delivered at the address I provided. I opened my door nothing was left at my door, no food! My food went missing tried contacting the driver but couldn't get a hold. I'm now sitting at 7pm wondering where is my food. Poor service it will be my first and last from GrubHub!!!! Very disappointed!!!”

“Driver forgot half my order. Was extremely rude and hung up on me. Never did get the rest of my order. Also, the food I DID get took over an hour. NEVER AGAIN. DON'T USE THIS APP!!!”

“Just the worst. Have messed up orders on multiple occasion. And by extension messed up my evenings. Often taking the money from the credit card or PayPal but never sending the order to the restaurant. If there's anyway to aid in their demise please let me know. I'm done. Peace out.”

“Never showed up! Said it was delivered after an hour wait...grub hub won’t tell me where it is...like scum bag neighbors kept it or driver ate it...disabled & diabetic...not impressed. They refunded my $ but not my $5 coupon...gave me $10 4 inconvenience & when I said what about my $5 coupon they said u were refunded & credited $10. So 3 ppl on a Friday, one disabled and diabetic, 3 hr wait, no dinner but we got a $10 credit!!! 😆😤🤬”

“My very first time ever using grubhub, it's the end of the week, I dont feel like cooking or leaving the house again so I decided to try it out. Not only did we wait an hour and a half, but we were missing more than half of the items. 3 out of 5 things ordered was never delivered. And money was refunded (in 5 business days) buy I'm celiac so I already have to be strict with what I eat. My son got to eat at least, but I basically ended up eating ham wrapped in lettuce mayo and cheese for dinner and my husband had an excuse to go with his buddies for the night. 2/10. Would not recommend.”

“A $22 order from Franco’s pizza cost $50 with service charge,delivery charge and 25% recommended tip for the Driver who they say doesn’t get any of their charges.. a total scam and rip-off.”

“GrubHub does not have a contract to deliver fo Bugatti Resturant, in Coral Gables. I confirmed with the manager. I pre-ordered (3 days ago) for delivery today at 6:30 pm. At 6:25 pm I got Txt from GrubHub that something went wrong and the order was cancelled. REALLy? The manager told me that the GRUBHUB scam is to take an order and then their person goes to the restaurant and orders while he is standing there, then they come back and pick up and deliver ...not on time, cold food. Charging $17 - $40 extra in fees. GOOD BYE ... BYE, BYE, BYE GRUBHUB - you are cheating customers and the restaurants.”

“The worst of the worst in food delivery services. Their drivers are horrible! Tonight, we gave it one more try after swearing last summer to never use Grubhub again. The driver got to restaurant and food wasn't ready yet, so instead of waiting, he left to go do other orders and never came back. I finally had to go to restaurant and pick up the food myself! And, it's nearly impossible to get Grubhub to credit you back for even just the tip, let alone all the fees attached. NEVER AGAIN!”

“0 is the score they are the worst. Steal my $ my food. Supervisors are useless they can refund u 5days? But I don't have another $80 to pay $160. Hoping I'll get to eat? No thanks how does that help? Manager at Boston Market said my foods been sitting getting cold waiting on pick up 2hours. Driver said she be rite back? Nope just tipped herself 30% and never answered her phone. I emailed called and bubble chatted!”

“manually input my address and confirmed, yet the system glitched and autofilled an address down the street from my house. drivers dont call, they only text, and oh well if you dont respond. called customer service and the rep could care less, and didnt fully listen to my complaint. $80 order....down the drain.”

“Beyond horrible. Ended up eating tiny leftovers amd emergency food at home. App would not let me create password and i ended up talking with someone halfway across the world who could not help me resolve problem. Will complain to owner of restaurant.”

“you think that anyone who creates a business would provide quality and put passion behind what they do. but that's not the case with grubhub.com they have made it very clear that they are just the middle man for your food in it for the extra buck. If the food comes cold or damaged they will refund you because they don't care that your hungry. why not refund and resend the food at grubhubs expense or don't refund me and just re-order my food. but like I said they want a quick buck not a long lasting one.”
