“Awful experience. Ordered through Grubhub for delivery. Missing several items on the order. The driver did not speak English and did not understand what was wrong with the order. Grubhub did not respond at all to my contact and Taco Bell refused to make it right by sending my items. Bad experience all the way around. If I could give less than 1 star I would”

“They didn't change the store location after i changed location to be delivered. Immediately when I realized i canceled the order and they refused. The store keeps pushing back the order delivery for over an hour in a half. I want my money and to cancel. I can't even get ahold of a representative”

“I ordered from grubhub and they were over an hour late. I requested a refund and they refused; they are trying to force me to use it as a credit. I told them I don't want a credit because I will not order from them again. I had to file a complaint through BBB”

“Deliveries are always "delayed" by about an hour, orders are often wrong, takes forever to get refunded after cancellation of orders. They are far worse than DoorDash as of late.”

“I placed an order through Grubhub to the Crockpot 2 but the restaurant immediately called me and said they didn’t have the beef ribs and that my order has been canceled. A few minutes later I received a text from Grubhub that my order was ready I called the restaurant and they said it was canceled. Nevertheless, I waited for my funds to be reversed but Grubhub said, you only have 48 hours to claim your stolen funds”

“52% markup. Never again. And now the battle over my tax refund will begin given that the receipt noted tax exempt status but GrubHub charged me in the app for the tax, but it clearly is not required to pay it.”

“I had ordered from Wendy’s and I was missing items. I reached out to Wendy’s and they didn’t answer the phone so I reached out to GrubHub through Amazon prime account and the person was very nice. Then I got a email stating that the order has been re-ordered and it will be arriving shortly to 2:35 ETA time at 2:11pm. Reach back out to GrubHub and they told me that it was a lie. I even gave him the number I received the email. He said that that’s not one of the numbers, but I also received message from that number once before and I will show you that once I can post The whole message”

“I ordered food in advance so it would likely be delivered by my lunch time. The estimated time was perfect but then it changed…then it changed 2 more times. My lunch break was over. The order was cancelled, with a promised full refund (still waiting 4 days later) and a $10 GH credit which I won’t be using. I will never use this “service” again. I’ve used other delivery services and have not had a problem. I decided to use GH as it offered discounts with my Amazon Prime membership. Well, the discounts turned into 4+ days of waiting for a refund. I’m concerned about people this happens to that only have that money, on that day for food. SMH. Horrible “service” if I could give negative stars, I would.”

“I had orders that were incorrect several times and when I called grubhub after 3rd time they no longer gave me a credit for the order being wrong. They said my account was flagged. I pay extra for an ingredient and it is missing. No credit. Happened multi. Times. Also my food comes smelling like cologne and I have to wait to eat it.”

“I ordered from IHOP. Order was not correct and I called customer service. Pocholo was not very helpful. I sent pictures of the steak tips that approximately 1/3 of them were all fat and gristle. This would never have made it on the plate at the restaurant. I paid for and received NO CHEESE on my eggs again. In this order comes pancakes. I asked for utensils. I received everything in triplicate except butter. I did not receive any butter at all. See the pictures sent about the meat it was disgusting. However the driver did exactly what I asked in my instructions. This review is no reflection on him/ her. I had to call 3 times to get my phone call taken at all. My order number is 46113020-1662315. this review is real”

“The grubhub driver picked up my food and kept it for themselves. This isn’t the first time so it’s my fault for taking a second chance. They should screen the drivers better. Doordash has never done this.”
