First time they canceled our order 2nd time only delivered half of our food

Driver stole my order as I was tracking him, he parked in a parking lot for a few minutes and then drove the opposite direction from my house. He took a picture driving no door or food insight. I called CS they wouldn’t give me a refund or credit. #1 worst company and food delivery service ever I deleted will never order again.

They charge more than the location's prices through their app/website and still charge a service fee.

Over $50 in food arrived an HOUR late. Food was so cold it had clearly been sitting out for awhile. Grubhub refused to offer more than $5 off of my next order.

They are constantly overcharging during checkout.! They’re not calculating the prices correctly and customers end u paying more if you’re not careful

First guy I watched on the map the car went and got food then went downtown and set there for 15 minutes. When I text the driver he unassigned himself. I wrote customer service and called restaurant they said it was already picked up. I told grubhub customer service it was picked up because they tried to argue it was still being made. I said that is not what the restaurant said, and the driver unassigned himself. Second driver they assigned said it would be another hour after waiting an hour. I said restarant already said first driver got it and I already waiting an hour, so he marks delivered and uploads blurry pic. I said why upload blurry pic and say it was delivered when it was not, he said had to clear it off his phone. Kept texting me for hour and first guy doing calls and hanging up on me. If I could leave zero I would for charging my card, stealing my food, and lying and saying it was delivered when it was not, sending me to 4 different customer service chats, it was not even sending me it was more like they end it and I have to reopen it. Frist grubhub claims what driver on the first driver that stole the food, and on second driver they go it shows delivered when it was not!

This is a rip off. I used to order from grubhub on weekends. They were reasonable then.. They have gotten to be legal highway robbery. I've tried to order a meal just for one person, but the fees and taxes charged are ridiculous. And then the audacity to request a tip for their drivers. Give them the tip for your over pricing. Service fee,?! Come on now!!! Needless to say I have Uninstaller the app from all my devices. So long Hambuglars!

Email from grubhub said 6:40-6:50. I didn't get my food until almost 7:30 which is double the original time. Called CS and they can only give a credit that is gone after a month. The service has gone downhill. Poor service leaves unhappy customers. I usually add a little extra tip... this time I wish I could have removed the tip. I don't know who messed up, but as the provider of the service Grubhub should have gave me some money back for the ridiculous wait time.

My order: $ 9.17 food ( receipt I received $8.17) 0.00 delivery fee 2.00 small order fee (why when $0.00 Delivery fee) 3.00 service fee 1.17 taxes ____________ $15.74 total I checked the box 15% tip. Then they calculate the 15% in the whole bill (including the tax) and added an additional $2.36 to the bill for a total of $18.10. When you look at the bill attached to my delivery order, the vendor receipt says $8.17. WHY???

They are the absolute worst. They offer you an expedited option so you will use them and then change delivery times. Waiting over an hour for food delivery is unacceptable business practice. They must have personnel issues or something but they should not accept the orders if they can’t handle the workload. So unsatisfied with this delivery app. I use them because of my Prime benefit. I am definitely switching to Uber or DoorDash. Definitely use them if you like to wait and like your food cold.

Waiting for 2 hours to receive my order. They said, the driver was delivering more than one order simultaneously. And just gave me $5 credit to use it next time. Ridiculous.

I received the grub hub guarantee for a kfc order and when i used the $14 with my order, grub hub cancelled it then called me saying I’d get a refund to my original payment method but didn’t give back the credit. Now ten days later i still haven’t received a refund for the order that was not cancelled by me or the credit back. I contacted grub hub and the guy escalated it and they said the refund was issued and emailed a receipt showing that the order was voided but says nothing about a refund. So o contacted my bank and they found grub hub in the wrong because there never was an attempt to refund me. I emailed grub hub after that and closed my account. Oh and they sent the credit back after i told them what the bank said. I’m so done with them. I might just pick up my own food when we eat out. Avoid grub hub.

would rate lower than 1 star if possible, waited over 2 hours for the order to never come, no one contacted me and the driver left without picking up the order. hopefully i actually get the refund. this was my first time using grubhub, and most certainly my last.

We have ordered many times using grubhub! They are either late, cold, wrong or doesnot show up at all! Don’t waste your time or money using. Their answer to everything is the restaurant fault or giving you a $5 credit on future order & credit expires in 30 days? What a joke

In the pasr 2 mos.orders have been late, cold and in some cases cancelled after waiting 4l5 minutes....customer service reports they can no longer give full refunds....after 2+ years I cancelled my sub. I do not recommend!!!

NO I'm sure you're NOT SORRY. GrubHub is a rip off. Sooooo many charges appear on my account from GrubHub, and when I tried to get it settled, NOTHING was done. I will MAKE SURE to spread the word what a RIP OFF company this is.

I’ve ordered from Grubhub many times. At least half the time there’s something wrong with my order. Many times, I’ve been delivered someone else’s food while my order was given to someone else. Many times I’m missing whole items. These apps are supposed to make food delivery easy and convenient but for me most of the time it’s a hassle to correct my orders, or wait twice the amount of time frontage my correct order replaced and delivered or having to request refunds. I’m getting really tired of tipping drivers who can’t even pick up fast food correctly. I try to use the messaging feature to communicate with the driver but more often then not they never answer or reply. Half the time they don’t even speak English so I can’t communicate with them at all. I’ve never had this many issues with Favor or DoorDash.

Placed our order from a restaurant 3 miles away. An hour ago the restaurant said it was picked up. 10 minutes ago the driver text they’re in our driveway. They’re not. I’m writing this review 2 hours and 5 minutes after I placed my now lost order. Grub Hub SUX. And I have NO FOOD!
