I have used Iceland deliveries for years but stopped ordering milk, bread/cakes, cold meats & chilled food because of the use by dates. I have never complained until a couple of days ago. The woman I spoke to in the Rickmansworth store couldn't have cared less. She told me to shop in store so I had to explain that I'm currently immobile & as a pensioner I couldn't afford to throw food away because of the poor use by dates. Her attitude was So What?? I have made an order with Argos, who provide the number of use by days on their products, giving you the choice to order or not. So its goodbye Iceland and hello Asda.

It’s a joke TWO days on fresh stuff It’s a joke TWO days on fresh stuff ! Whatever you do don’t shop on Saturday your stuff will be off or turning by Monday ! If your housebound save your self the hassle and headache of dealing with this companies online service, and if your not housebound also save your money and order somewhere more professional. Wow I wish I had read the reviews on here first before trying to persevere with the rubbish customer service and value I have he on and off over the last year from my Belle Valle Iceland. I cannot not believe how poor dates are on fresh items I ordered 2 pack lunch deals for work/school in my weekend shopping for the following week and they had Mondays dates on them (bread and cooked meat) I also ordered a 3 for £9 meat deal and again 2 meat fresh meat items had Mondays date on (and I had no freezer space left to squeeze them into so they will go off before use !). I spoke with customer service and they state they only give TWO days on fresh stuff ! Which is ridiculous I am also fed up of receiving smashed products and I don’t just mean eggs and fruit it includes smashed up frozen products to (do they play footy with em coz they look like they have been drop kicked !) On the positive at least they refunded the broken items not the rubbish dated items that had I been shopping I would of left on the shelf so only £17 going in the bin on Monday and not £21 fantastic. I won’t be shopping online there again, EVER !

Tonight my son and I tried your spicy lasagne from your piccolini range and I have to say was absolutely delicious. My son never usually eats ready meals but he loved the lasagne. Well done iceland !!

Shop in store online orders are a complete joke. Items always going missing and being refunded. Tell you an item is in stock, and then at the last minute email you to tell you its been refunded, presumably because the items you bought were sold in-store even though you already paid for them first. Nightmare!

They delivered half frozen vegetables and fish with the rest of my shopping , dumped it on my doorstep inside of several carrier bags, when specifically ask for no bags ! When I contacted them at customer service, I received a reply apology and was assured that the local store would contact me to replace the half defrosted food 2 days later I contacted customer service again . Only to receive the exact same message. I presume it’s computer generated . It’s now 5 days since my first message and reply or replacements. Be warned

After surgery I was informed no bending or lifting as detrimentalI to recovery. I informed Iceland,on the first instance complete ignorance received driver several doors away with no intention of listening when opened second time same!!! Not elated at this disgusting treatment I phoned and complained, i received drivel about apologys improvements and we really are good !!! etc. So I ordered a delivery being assured that OLDHAM store was on the ball and expect competent acnlogyment and service. I received few bags on 100£ plus shop, dut again the bags crammed one 12 14 kg wight stated on boxs 20 plus mtr walk to freezer I was not happy. 3 ATTEMPTS AND I FAILED no intentions to help that is bad disabled old age highest risk covid all the cowboys say is give us another chance.

On Christmas 2021 Day we got out a frozen turkey crown and cooked as directed but as we tasted it it had a strange texture so we looked at the use by date and it was use by august 2020 ! 16 months out of date we had to throw away our Christmas was ruined, they refunded the cost of the turkey and gave me £5 off a £45 pound shop how disappointed we are

I didn't have extremely high expectations of frozen ribs but they were actually the worst I have ever eaten, or not eaten. There was basically nothing to eat on them. See pictures.

If I could give a zero I would. On 05.12.31 I expected a delivery between 5-7 fromthenew cross gate Iceland store. Iceland came to my home address at 17.57, but said they will not deliver as they can't be bothered to climb the stairs to access the 2nd floor landing. On the night of the 5th December I made a formal online complaint and also sent it to the Ceo, to date I've not heard anything back or recieved am email response. Please dont waste your time, go to a more reputable company, one where the delivery drivers actually do there jobs and adhere to stores policies concerning 'home delivery services'! I've been with them for several years, doubt I'll go back now.

At the beginning of Lockdown they were the only supermarket I could get a delivery from. I used to go instore to Iceland once a week and other supermarkets when passing. They have been exceptional in providing free delivery and convenient slots. They do not sell lottery cards, cigarettes or a decent malt whisky but their food is fine and that is what was necessary. Luxuries I can manage without, essentials were just that. Essential. They have always arrived on time and the drivers have been pleasant. It is easy to ring up to contact them and once when I ordered the wrong milk by mistake they changed it before the order was packed.

My review is based purely on their response to the latest Covid regulations. Chelmsley Wood store today - so many customers not wearing a mask and nobody at the entrance asking or advising them too. BUT, shockingly, amongst their members of staff who were stocking shelves, three of them were not wearing a mask while rushing around in and out of customers and shouting to each other. Both myself & my partner are at acute risk of picking up infections . . . . . we can shop elsewhere if the store isn't going to do better.

I was charged £5...so lovely girl on till said it's wrong sign up there it's really £5..as I paid by my bonus card..the manager came said its £5..but it's your mistake..says £3 ,,he wouldn't let me have it for price said on ticket..so I said I will have my £5 back..don't want it..caused a problem because I paid by my bonus card..he eventually gave me £5 cash back..wouldn't let me have it for £3..even it was there mistake..I'm in that store nearly every day..will never save on bonus card again..
