Placed an order for a watch and I can tell you this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I tried to chnage the shipping address by calling their service line and they were extememely rude and difficult to deal with. In the end I decided it would be easier to pick it up from the wrong address than deal with the rude representatives. Seemed to be the same representative everytime I called too. AVOID THIS. COMPANY.

Love the product although tone of my items did come almost used it would say the bottom of the soles look as they where tried on multiple times, was really upset that they charged me for shipping both ways when i returned its very unheard of especially i returned everything in one box.

BUYER BEWARE!! I bought a gold necklace that was regular price at $4000 and it was 75% off. I was charged $1050 and financed the item through affirm. There wasn't much description but with the regular price, I thought I would be getting a decent necklace. Well receive it and it didn't weigh but 6-7 grams and not worth $350 so I shipped it back the same day and was charged $18 from Jomashop.com for shipping and paid return shipping myself, Jomashop and $11 from affirm for 1 day of interest stating I owed $30 and if I didn't pay they would report me for bad credit. BUYER BEWARE!

How you call them? I ordered some items, and they emailed me that the porduct is not available, but they took my money several times! I call them but no answer, both in chat and says that the number is not active!

Didn't receive order until two days after scheduled arrival which was to have been for an anniversary. I had paid extra for on time arrival.

Terrible place. Several pieces i have purchased from here. The first, no warranty as it's grey market watches not covered by the direct company. Second, watch came wrapped in plastic, smelling like sewage, soaking wet, box and papers totally destroyed. Lodged a claim with joma saying they will go through insurance, hear nothing months on end then close the claim refusing to replace or to compensate. Terrible experience

after being told repeatedly for over 4.5 months that my sunglasses would be in, they then cancelled my order and never told me. Order M1CF5097. Learn from me, don't trust this company

Horrible customer service! You want to know how good their customer service... just call them with issues on your item. I had purchased a Breitling navitimer for $4145. Received the Navitimer and decided to exchange it for a Breitling super ocean heritage II. Returned it and instead of getting an exchange I was refunded the amount I paid minus the $300 plus restocking fee. I called to speak to customer service to inform them this was an exchange and he stated it was a refund. Asked to speak with a manager and he said there was none available and I would have to call two days later. He was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me. Wow this is how you treat a customer that was trying to exchange a 4k transaction. Never again! I would never buy from jomashop ever especially if that is how they treat a customer after a expensive purchase. I contacted my credit card company and this is when they charged me and tried sending me an exchange. I told them not to send as I am not doing business with them and I know if I have any future issues with the new watch I was getting it would be a pain in the butt to have to deal with their horrible customer service. If you do order pray you have no issues with the watch and buy with AMEX or a credit card to protect you from these scam artist. I’ll eat the restocking fee and take it as a lesson not to do business with this company. Lesson learned.. go AD or from a jeweler that sells watches with manufacturers warranty and papers. The resale value is higher and they can give prices as low as jomashop. Buyer beware!!! Also I have purchased an Omega speedmaster in the past but I had no issues as I did not need to speak with them but I do know I will not send my watch for warranty work with them. Be sure to read other reviews on their customer service on watch forums before you trust them with your money.

The second time I make a purchase in this store and I am pleased with the result. I bought a Tissot lady's watch and used direct delivery from the store to Russia. On the tenth day I received the parcel. The quality of the goods is excellent. It is a little disappointing that the corners of the Tissot branded box, packed in a parcel box, are slightly wrinkled. I hope the store will take note when fulfilling other orders.

Good price on watches but import charges due to declaration made it 25% more expensive in the end, therefor prices need to be cut even more to make it worth the purchase.

I bought a Raymond Weil watch from Jomashop and it has to be the worst customer service i have ever encountered and I think they totally avoid responsibility for anything. I bought a watch and it suddenly stopped working so I raised a repair ticket which took a while to get any kind of response. When they came back they asked that I send it in to their Brooklyn shop and will have to pay for all shipping costs. Whatever, fix the watch, right? Wrong. It took over 6 weeks to get back to me (which to be fair they warned it might) but for the work done it should take a day turnaround. The automatic timing weight on the back of the watch is clearly louder than when i sent it. When i first got the watch it was silent when it rotated, now you can hear it at arms length. Their diagnosis? my watch was magnetized by computers or electronics and stopped working. Now, after having it fixed, it is about 5 minutes slow after two days and does not sound right. I emailed them back and their response is that it must be magnetized again and that i cannot go on an airplane with the watch, have it near a computer, or near other watches.... Really? I cant go on an airplane with my watch?? How did you ship it back to me? USPS AIR?!?! okay... I have owned 3 automatic watches and have never had this be an issue. When you ping their customer service department its all a few sentence, fragmented, responses. Like a copy paste from here to there. They offered that i can pay to ship it back to be demagnitized again but i guess ill just take it local and see what they say here about this watch. No offer for return or refund... Trying to blame the magnetization as my fault and not their or manufacturer error. Terrible service.

I have placed an order on September 27th. There was no update and I called after 11 days (on 7th OCT). When I call costumer care they are very rude and telling me that the item is not there ( the site is still showing item is IN STOCK) will come only after 1 week. Since I want to travel to India I asked them to ship it fast. They simply said if you want to go cancel the order, we cannot make it fast shipping, and disconnected the call. Since it was very urgent I waited one more week. There was no update. I called again on 17th Oct and they just shipped after my call, after 21 days. My travel date is 19th Oct and the item wont receive. I asked them to cancel. This is very disappointing that they give zero value to their costumer. Whenever we call them they will disconnect the call if we tell our concern. This is the worst site I dealt with and worst costumer service I ever seen. I wont suggest this site at all. Don't call to their costumer service, your day will lose.
