Soooooo disappointed wz my order. The material is of poor quality and sleeve length way too short compared to photo in ad. To return is no easy job and instead of making my bp go up, I prefer to ignore it and swear. Never to order online with Chinese companies again. You bet Indian companies are far more advanced in service than them. This company just delivers rubbish

I didn't even get so far as an order, thank God from what I've read. I ordered a pair of really cute Japanese type slippers. They were $9.99 and the shipping was $15.45! No thanks. If I wanted to pay $25.00 for shoes that I had no idea how good they were, well I still wouldn't!

I have actually ordered some shoes from new chic before and they gave just like the picture no problem. But then...I ordered some shoes and they literally never came and then the company automatically refunded my purchase price because “the shoes were out of stock.” That took about a month and a half. That was about a year ago. I tried again last week to buy shoes and one came looking just like the pic and the other two which were the same size looked nothing like the picture were waaaaay to small, like I couldn’t even get my foot in them too small and they looked like someone’s 5th grade craft project. Absolutely nothing like the picture advertised and so cheaply made it was ridiculous. Of course the return address is in China and it costs fifty bucks to return it. I’m not even going to bother and I will never buy from this company again. It’s definitely a scam!

Pretty much the same as the other 8% angry customers. They wait until they get the money then tell you an item is not in stock and promise a refund you never get. Save yourself a lot of aggravations and DO NOT SHOP WITH NEWCHIC or Shein or any of the Chinese companies.

I purchased a dress from this Company on March 3I . ORDER 62528202 Today after more than a month am advising everybody NOT TO BUY ANY MERCHANDISE FROM NEW CHIC . I am thinking it is a scam. My 0rder was delivered without a tracking number and I never received it. I called and they said without a tracking number they can't help me. So I requested they refund my money . They said they can't do that , because it was delivered ( ?) ...It seems that I lost my money. Please be careful!!!

After several months of them having my money and asking if I still wanted the order, I emailed to say my order had been cancelled. No explanation was given. I did the live chat and all they said was the items were out of stock and past the restock date.

I placed a couple of orders with NewChic. I did receive the orders, but one of the items was made of extraordinarily thin fabric, so I wanted to return it. Another item was unbelievably huge. I wanted to return that one also. Although their website says that you can return items, but they replied with all sorts of reasons that they are not responsible, but I can return the items AT MY EXPENSE. The cost of shipping and import tax to China was more than the the price of the items. So, it is just not worth it. I will not order from China again and I will stay away from NewChic. Be forewarned - you will not be able to get a refund on anything you order from this company. They are just not customer oriented at all.

Their goods only have a 14 day guarantee. If anything goes wrong after this you are bang out of luck. Bought my wife a pair of boots for Christmas (which she loved) but within six weeks of wearing them the heal started to come off. Contacted Newchic live chat service and the guy on there just kept saying " we can only refund within 14 days of delivery"

I ordered a pair of overalls a month and half ago, they gave delivery date never came waited waited waited finally a email comes and says sorry we sold old works u like to wait for our next shipment which was the next month. Yeah right I don't think so. I even got an email saying since it was past the 30 days off the day I ordered I would not get a refund. I'm waiting to see if it comes, I'm in disability and I only get to save 10$ a month. So we'll see either way not happy.

Just read these reviews. Ditto.: I will never shop at @newchic #newchic again. They have not delivered the products and have terrible customer service that does not recognize (let alone solve) problems in their supply line. I don't know if I will ever receive my order.

It has been phased out. They are no longer carrying this item. When I was talking to her, she got defensive and got very angry. I was confused. Why was an item that was phased out is still on the website? Mind you the item is still selling right now. Is the CSO trying to brush me off by telling me it has been refunded and that she doesn't want to deal with this tyrant of a customer? 85 days later. I was told by Lily(Manager) " it is of dynamic nature it keeps updating accordingly on site. It keeps updating and it may be one of the situation where it did not get refresh on time. " Anyone reading it wouldn't understand it. You tell me its phased out and talking about the dynamic nature of the website. You don't want my money? Or you don't want to deal with me. Issue Two Item: Mens 100% Cotton Breathable Vintage Chinese Style Solid Color Loose Casual Buttons T Shirts https://sea.newchic.com/two-sided-henley-shirts-9150/p-1322645.html?rmmds=myorder I was told it was out of stock.The same lady above offer me refund or redelivery. I opted redelivery. I spend time looking at things and if I wanted it to be refunded, I would never have bought it at all. She told me "end of January or middle of February it will be delivered" I receive an email on the Mon, Mar 4, 10:30 AM that the item has been shipped. And there was not email after that stating there was a problem with the delivery. I checked my spam and junk email everyday. There is no email from them. There was no text. There was no call. Today on the 31 March 2019. 85 days of patience and boil up anger. I spoke to Kayn. Mind you I was decent. I was controlling my pent up anger and naturally "refund or redelivery" If it was other company, they would be doing both without asking and throw in a voucher to make sure you come back. After all it has been at least 85 days of waiting. Kayn was trying to push the subject away and I know he is trying to say in a nice way "I said it before and don't make me repeat idiot." Your answer do not help. Ask him to pass to a manager. No manager is around. Ask him again. No manager around. All this while reminding myself "this is my first order." "Hey Zayn, you gonna get a pretty irritated day and a horrible day after you speak to me. Or probably you did. Every sentence you spoke is uncalled for.I am not expected a good service and that every sentence I spoke to is trying to not be rude. You guys are pushing every button there is to it. I don't believe anyone or even you would want to be treated this way and for a fact i am very sure you are not as patience as me who waited a total of 85 days on this. You only spoke to be less than one hour and you already blown your top off. I am only requesting to speak to your manager. in this case if its not available. i do not believe the person is not around." Less than one minute later guess what, a manager name Lily took over or maybe a colleague disguising as a manager. Pretty much said the same stuff. Investigation and such. The issue to appease the customer is not done. What good is an investigation? At the end of the day, I still do not get my stuff. Even if I do according to Lily and Kayn, it will be up to 25 days from day 86. So in short for an item I bought, I would actually need to wait for 111 days. I think we could have bought a house and already be fully renovated by then. When you buy something from newchic, are you prepared to get your item on the 111 day? For a record, there is no email send to me and there is nothing in the spam/junk email. Lets set that straight.

Scam Company - Stay Away! They sent wrong size shoe then said I had to pay 50% of cost plus shipping for them to send the correct size. These are dishonest creeps. Stay away!!

I've made a few orders with this company and until the most recent, not too bad - though not the expected quality of clothes and onsite photos a bit misleading. But the shoes absolutely did not fit so I requested a refund. Their customer service is appalling - they make it as difficult as possible - kept asking me for the tracking number which I sent them several times - and said they couldn't read it on the scanned mailing receipt because it was upside down! Total BS. And rude unpleasant emails. And won't even discuss paying my A$34 return postage. I'm still waiting for a men's shirt ordered 5 weeks ago. Never again from this site.

there needs to be minus stars for this company. I told them if they didn’t make it right with me I was going to start writing bad reviews everywhere I could find. Paid $20 for a sweatshirt which was nowhere close to the 3X size advertised when you tell them that, they want you to measure it they want you to take pictures of that measurement. Then they will offer you five dollars to keep the shirt. I suggested they keep the five dollars and send me my $20 back. I took a picture of their shirt, laid on a shirt of mine that was the correct size and sent that to them. We did go shaded back-and-forth and I finally ended up with nine dollars refund. What email she told me they just “wanna“ satisfy me. I told them I just “wanna“ had my money back.

1. Orders are shipped from China, can't track it, takes forever. 2. Sizes are not correct, largest are really small. 3. No easy return... have to pay to return to China!

I also had a bad experience The items did not fit and the returns address is in China! Also, I have never received cold calls to my mobile til I started the process of ordering with this company.

Its totally a scam ,I ordered items it says it will take 63days to deliver when contacted, it showed delivered within 10days when I ordered . frustrated with their service when asked for return they told us to wait for the order.
