I ordered a dress the beginning of July paid in full plus postage, Ive emailed several times to enquiry about delivery with no response, after six weeks I received a e mail saying the dress was out of stock, so I ordered another two dresses I was told they would be sent by priority postage once again no dresses, so after almost eight weeks I cancelled the order they said they will send a refund for the dress but no mention of the postage, it really annoys me when we are ordering paying and receiving appalling results and are getting away with it How Dare they.

I ordered two linen tops and a linen dress. The tops were not linen. Instead of the black linen dress, I received a pink linen blouse. When I went to return them it was quite the ordeal on line. They said to send by USPS at my expense. I was okay with that until I found out it was $25+ postal fee. Which meant my refund was now only $40. I decided to donate them and chalk it up as a learning experience. I will put my money into quality products I can feel and touch before buying.

New Chic Response: We checked the photo you provided and found that the package you received is not the order 70264116. The products is not purchase from our website. Maybe you got it wrong. Consumer response to New Chic:These people are scam artist! I did not order from any other company. They indicated under my orders at their website that #70264116 had been delivered on the same day, I signed for this package with the dumb ugly yellow shoes that I would not have ordered from any site. And yes, it is the wrong order. Instead of making an apology and sending the correct shoes that was paid for, this company would try to make it the consumers problem. Just a reminder, I spent $140.00 with this company and this is what they did. They are dishonest and I plan to report this company to every source available.

I recently ordered for the first time from NewChic as they has some items which looked really nice. They took almost a month to arrive and the response to my queries in that time was unhelpful. On receipt, they turned out to be badly sized and were too small - I am a standard 14 and do not usually have a problem! On investigating their returns procedure, i realised it was a no go. The alternative was a 20% discount off my next purchase - there will never be a next purchase. I would warn people to be wary of buying from this company.

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and waited about 7 weeks for all of them. Finally, I had to sign for the last pair, unlike the previous two pair of shoes that came. Now, I know why....They sent the wrong shoes all together and I bet it was not a mistake. So, to confuse the situation, they have proof that the sent them because they required me to sign. The other two shoes, no signature required and they were the correct order. I did receive the ugliest pair of shoes ever! This company just cheated me out of money!. I bet this is where the communication breaks down, but we were able to communicate enough to get my hard earned money! SHAME...I hate being taken advantage of.

It took one month to receive my shoes. I have had them two weeks and one shoe has fallen apart. I have tried to contact them to return the shoes and for some reason the submit button on the request will not work. Hmmmmm

BOUGHT A PAIR OF MEN'S SHOES...COULD NOT GET THE SHOES ON!!! ASKED FOR A RETURN WHICH I HAVE TO PAY FOR. ENDS UP THE RETURN COST BACK TO CHINA COSTS MORE THAN THE SHOES. SO THE SCAM IS... IF WHAT YOU BOUGHT DOES NOT FIT OR ANY OTHER REASON, YOU ARE STUCK WITH THE PRODUCT UNLESS YOU WAN TO SPEND MORE THAN THE PRODUCT IS WORTH TO SEND IT BACK TO CHINA. NEAT SCAM!!!!

I’ve ordered 2month ago sandals..and i received it yesterday..it’s horrible horrible horrible..::))))the lowest quality that I’ve ever seen..I will return it but they’re not responsible about it and didn’t write back..I lost 33$ for this rubbish.. I think its weight is just 30 grams :)))

Very difficult and overly complicated to navigate return on website! When returning an item to Amazon, all I need to do is click return, print the mailing label and take to UPS. THIS IS THE STANDARD! It took a half an hour to just understand the instructions which repeatedly stated to send an email to request a return, and DID NOT EVER PROVIDE THE EMAIL ON WEBSITE. Horrible hassle to navigate. Will NEVER purchase from them again.

ELABORATE SCAM Ordered 4 pairs of EU46 shoes. They were 20mm smaller than any EU46, i.e. actual EU43 mislabeled. Sent back. The tracking of the package shows it's been at the Guangzhou Customs for 4 weeks now which is not possible and indicates the refund will never arrive. Lost A$320 plus A$68 on the return postage.

DONT ORDER / SCAMMERS incredibly inept / bordering on scam company ordered 14 items 2 months later received 5 items in 2 packages this is after 12 messages to them berating thier service all they state in thier messages is> "we are busy busy busy ...sorry" then it took 20 more emails demanding a refund over a 14 day period before they refunded my money

Guys...Never ever buy from these idiots..its a chinese company with just no quality. it takes a month and more for you to get the stuff which you can buy from somewhere local. they are charging you a bomb for shitty products. the time taken to reach your hands os also so much you just loose your interest. the customer service also sucks big time. the quality of the prodcut is so bad the qiat is also not worth. what they show in picture is good but the product in real is very inferior.

I wanted to return the cute sandals because they are stiff to wear, like wooden shoes, with the sound of 'clop-clop'. The return process is coy, misleading and very complicated. I'd like to call their help number, +00852 -81931379, provided on the website, but it is in another country (perhaps China) . I'm certain the company does this confusing scenario in hopes I'll give up and forget them. I have no other options, so the sandals will go in the trash. Bummer! Newchic, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of sneakers size 10 US (size 44 Int) and received a pair of size 8 US and size 39 Int. I waited almost a month for delivery. They are now putting me through so much effort for pictures of all the merchandise including bagging labels etc... What a friggin mess they are. Never again!

Their clothes do not fit at all. The bras (4) are 2 inches to small. I would like to return my order but I can’t find a place on all of the websites that dosn’t end in a blank page.

No correspondence with updates on my order just emails to sell more of their products. They took 2-3 weeks before they sent product then use the worst cheapest delivery service in Australia. It has been 11 days since parcel has been in Australia and still no sign of parcel. Went to wrong courier Tracking says parcel unable to be delivered. No courtesy email from Newchic or Fastway delivery company. I have to make the effort to find out what is going on. If in Australia please do not bother with this unprofessional company. Every other service sends emails to update where your order is. They really do not care after they take your money!

The shoe I ordered was billed as having an adjustable strap. Not true. Because of the short one position strap I couldn't get a safe closure of the strap. Cheapest cost of return (customer has to pay) was $4 less than cost of item. Off to the thrift store. NEVER buy shoes on line.
