“I like Shein. Clothes vary . The sizes run big so be prepared for some Exchanging but i love the convenience of the website and the variety Perfect for South Florida weather”

“I have not had the unpleasant experiences that others have had with Shein. I got my clothes shortly after I ordered them and found it easy and simple to return them. Make sure you return all unwanted items at once so you don't get charged. I opted in to getting the shein wallet cash, as I expect to be shopping there again in the future and I haven't used it yet but it is definitely sitting there in my account.”

“I've ordered 3 times from Shein now and all 3 of my orders came within 3-5 business days and I honestly loved all the clothes & accessories I bought. Great quality for the price point that is set. Sizing is very accurate and maybe sometimes runs a little large. Ive ordered kids clothes, women's clothes and accessories and I have maybe returned 6 items out of almost 60 that I purchased. You also get points for writing reviews and all 3 of my orders were discounted with the 15% offer codes they always offer. Spending $130 for 20 items can't be beat!! Definitely will be a continued customer.”

“I recommend this store 100%, I've never had an issue with any of my 20+ orders, the items are good quality, and the few things I've sent back I've been refunded for 100% within one week. Plus all the customers reviews on the site are legit. It's my all-time favorite shopping website. TBH I don't get all the negative reviews here, their logistics dept is AWESOME I always get the size and color I ordered, never had a single item missing, and the shipment is always expedited quickly. I live in France and have ordered to different addresses and have always received my orders. And no issues with my credit card at all...I use PayPal as my checkout option, never noticed any shady business, it's a legitimate store I've buying from for over a year now.”

“I have ordered twice now and i am impressed with the quality for the cost.as i heard dresses were in small side i ordered large instead if medium and everything fitted. Took aboyt 10 days to arrive but really no complaints at all.”

“I have never had any issues ordering clothing from SHEIN. As most, I read the reviews on the clothing that I am interested in and figure out what my size would be based on US sizes. I love how honest everyone is about the material, sizing, how the top fits ( tight or loose) and whether or not to order up a size. PLUS side they always offer some type of coupon to give you an awesome discount on your order!”

“Better than what I expected for the price of the items. I had pretty low standards when I placed my order- but I wasn't disappointed in any way. I have ordered from them multiple times and it can be admittedly hit or miss. For example, I ordered two bras: one is my new favorite because it was so cheap and so cute+comfortable and the other one that is a little tight, a little itchy, not too comfy, but not the worst thing ever. Items sometimes take a while, but why rush them, ya know?”

“I ordered 4 items then panicked after reading the reviews on here. I immediately asked for a refund (approx after 1 hour of ordering) I’m happy to say that I have been given a full refund with and it’s gone back into my PayPal account. I wanted to write this to show that this company has improved their refund process, from previous comments made”

“I ordered 2 swimsuits, had to return, too small even though I ordered 1 size up. I received the larger size today, I absolutely LOVE these 2 swimsuits. I was totally surprised at the return process, and how quickly I got my suits back. They both look great on me too. Surprisingly, Good experience!”

“I ordered my items on a Monday and received them the following Monday. I was very shocked it only took one week. I looked at the sizes and decided to order a few things that would be more fitted a size larger. Paid off. Everything fits. Jewelry is cute. I've only had my things for 2 days and am ready to place another order.”

“I read reviews before purchasing from here. I saw good and bad, a lot of bad. I won’t lie. I was worried about it after I purchased about how the material would be, how would things fit, I was especially worried about the shipping seeing as so many people posted about issues they had... I 100% had a great first experience! It came earlier than expected, I downloaded the app and was able to follow where it was at the entire step of the way! I got 10 items for less than $100 and every piece was in good condition. The material was great for some pieces and good for others. I also ordered bathing suits. Bottoms were a bit snug, but I am going to order up a size next time to try to adjust that. I only ordered shirts, and dresses in medium and the size was perfect! I will be purchasing again! Thank you for a painless online experience.”

“Shein had been an absolute plus for me. Only issue i've really had personally is the wait of 1-2 weeks of anything arriving to here in Ohio. Their clothes are so amazingly stylish however depending on the item quality can lag as you can tell whats cheap material and whats not cheap. Still, if you wanna look like you spent a lot of money on an outfit this is the way to go! Deffo recommend the clothes if you want to start up your personal Instagram model of yourself!”

“I was skeptical to order from here at first but needed some new clothes for work. I spent $118 on various items from sunglasses to blouses to skirts to pants. My order came within a week & I was thoroughly satisfied with my order. Everything was packaged nicely, everything fit (even the pants; I never get pants to fit so I will be ordering other colors!) I think it’s important to read the reviews for each product you decide to buy though before purchasing.”
