“Your return process is NOT user friendly! Your chat is a ROBOT! Your products are TERRIBLE quality! Sizing is NOT even close! Now I have bikinis that I didn't even bother to try on because, it is OBVIOUS the top and bottom are from two different planet's sizing. One top is so small I kept it for my 8 year old and it was a women's Medium. There is absolutely NOTHING right about your clothing! UGH I was a sucker!”

“It’s my first time to order from Shein last April 18 2020. I just came across these reviews . I paid for my purchase but I didn’t get any confirmation or email at all, I hope I was not cheated and that my purchase will be delivered to me. Still waiting 😢”

“I under stand the Pandemic but this is not my first time ordering. They are hard to reach, well impossible because i still didn't did not get in touch with anyone from their company. Not Only did i place my order over two weeks ago but i received updates 2 weeks after purchase basically stating it was out of stock. AFTER THEY JUST HELD MY MONEY! At that point I canceled the order and will never shop here again in life. No professionalism, You will not be able to contact if there is a problem.. JUST DONT ORDER FROM HERE”

“In 2019 I ordered 7 blouses and when I received them about a month later, all of them felt made out of a cheap material that clinged to my skin. 6 were too big and one was really small, all of them were the same size. I sent them back within a week and paid $7 to ship it out and a month and a half later when I finally got my return they kept $8 so in total lost $15. Will not shop from them again.”

“I spent about $90 and it was in processing for a week and a half. I get it said it’s going to take a couple more days for them to process but that’s just to long. I was reading some other reviews and saw they where having the same problem. Ive heard good things about shein and maybe I’ll try and give them a second chance after COVID is over. But until then I canceled and going to get my money back hopefully.”

“Incroyablement long franchement! Je comprends que la situation est exceptionnelle mais je n’ai jamais attendu aussi longtemps pour un colis supposément « accéléré ».. J’attends toujours ma commande, cela fait 25 jours maintenant et j’imagine qu’elle ne sera pas livrée pendant le weekend alors je dirais qu’attendre un colis pendant 1 mois est complètement absurde. Je suis vraiment déçu.”

“We ordered 3 bathing suits for my daughter and used their sizing guide they provided on their website. The bathing suits were delivered today and the sizing is NOT accurate. My daughter tried on the tops and her breasts are popping out and it was cut super low than what was shown in the picture. We inquired about returning the tops for a different size and were told she’s not allowed to since she already wore them!!! Seriously?!?!? Never again will we shop from here. Buyers beware”

“I am BEYOND annoyed with this company! Their good prices reeled me in and I ordered some items on the 31st of March, my items were not shipped until the 9th of April and now it is April 22nd and still no items! The tracking information you get is just stupid and is never updated. I spent almost $100 and am very upset that I have yet to receive my items.”

“I ordered two things from Shein about 3 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten anything in the mail. The tracking number doesn’t give me an exact time and is not helpful at all. I would not recommend buying anything from here if you aren’t prepared to wait over 3 weeks for two items. 2 weeks is a reasonable amount of time to wait for clothing. I am very disappointed that I have to wait this long and will not buy from here again. Unless, however, this change is made immediately.”
